 Easy, Normal and Advanced Modes

New for 2020, there are now three Modes for the Seasonal Event — Easy (new), Normal, and Advanced. You can play any or all three, and must complete each Stage sequentially in that mode to advance.

The Modes are separated, a bit like Tiers in Challenge Events.

Unlike Normal/Hard Modes in Atlantis, advancing in the Easy or Normal Modes won’t give you access to the corresponding Stages in Advanced. You need to beat each Stage in each mode to progress. And unlike Normal/Hard Modes in Valhalla, the Modes can be played entirely separately — you could start with Advanced, for instance, without playing Easy and Normal.

:triangular_flag_on_post: Stages

Like previous versions of Springvale, there are 20 Stages per Difficulty Mode.

With the addition of Easy, that now means there are a total of 60 Stages across the three Difficulty Modes.

:no_entry_sign: No Hero Restrictions

Unlike Challenge Events, there are no restrictions on Hero or Troop rarity in the Easy, Normal, and Advanced Modes. There are also no restrictions on Hero Classes, unlike Class Trials.

You’re free to use any heroes you’d like!

:repeat: No Replaying Completed Stages

Unlike Challenge Events, Seasonal Events don’t allow replaying a completed Stage — much like how Quests work.

Once you beat each Stage, it’s locked, and once you beat the entirety of the Seasonal Event, you can’t play any more.

If you fail at a Stage, you can retry as many times as you’d like, up until the Event ends.

:star2: Epic Hero Tokens Can Be Used for Seasonal Summoning

{Image coming soon}

The Seasonal Summons replaces the regular Epic Hero Summons.

Because of that, unlike Challenge Event Summons, the Summoning Portal for Seasonal Events allows using saved up Epic Hero Tokens that can otherwise normally only be used for Epic Hero Summons.

That makes Seasonal Events the only place you can currently use Epic Hero Tokens for a chance at non-Season 1 heroes.

You’ll also have the same chance at the HOTM as usual when using Epic Hero Tokens. For information on the HOTM, see:

Summons Sharing Thread ==> 🐰 Portal Stats & Summon Results – Springvale 2022

:cherry_blossom: Festive Stronghold

During Seasonal Events, your Base is updated in the spirit of the season.

For Springvale, this includes colorful eggs, and vibrant plant life all around your Base.

:left_speech_bubble: Share Your Teams & Results, and Ask Questions!

  • Many players will switch up their heroes used for each Stage, based on the monster/boss colors — are there heroes you’re using consistently for Springvale?
  • Are there any Stages you’re having a hard time with, and would like advice on beating?
  • Are you using particular items to beat Springvale stages?
  • How do you find playing with the Egg Bombs?
  • Do you have insights on strategy to share, or questions?
  • Is there anything about Springvale that you’re wondering about?

Instead of costumes, I wish they would add a 5* red bunny. My extra rings need a home

And a 5* green bunny. Just to complete the element set

Yes and maybe some kind of twist on the gameplay. Its pretty repetive for 3rd year playing this event. No changes at all except some neglectable costumes for the sake of sucker pulling.

Thanks for putting the details

Agree, a red 5* would be fun…

I seem to recall that I really liked the game play of this event, looking forward to it! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :hatching_chick::rabbit:

Saved all my summoning tokens for an entire year - but so uncertain where to spend them now we’re getting closer. Hm…

My Lepus just got a big upgrade - right after I finished Limit Breaking him!!!

Great result from my second EHT

now, I’ve used 13 EHT and thisis the only 5* I got. and only one 4* (Lady Wooly), and one seasonal 3* (Chick Jr), both dupes. the rest were vanilla 3*.

Did 24 pulls

I had both but costumes are new so I’m happy.

But like last year, I wanted Lepus but he didn’t show up (again)

Imma wait till April. Have two Zagrog’s already, would like to try my luck with Silvaria.

78 EHT and not a single 5* of any description.

So a word caution to be sensible kids. Bad RNG can happen to any of us, don’t lose your head and chase it. I’ve walked away for a bit now to cool off. Don’t make financial decisions whilst you are emotive.

5 EHT and I’m so happy with this result

As tempting as it is now to pull, im gonna wait until next POV to do pulls

42 token +20 gems pulls. Got only costume for Jack O’Hare

Okay, so I wasnt planning on doing any pulls here but got bored and decided to do a couple. Ended up getting Jack o Hare costume and my first Killhare!! Besides Roostly I now have all the Springvale heroes so no more pulls for me. Very very lucky this time.

that’s rough… hope good luck visits you soon

and thank you for sharing your summon experience, so others will get a good balanced view of the odds

Yes, it’s so easy to forget the odds when most summons that get shared are the fortunate ones. So sorry to hear of your bad luck, may it turn around soon :four_leaf_clover:

Congratulations to all of you who got something great too of course :beers::slightly_smiling_face:

I got Bobo from a free coin summon last week so it really is swings and roundabouts.

But it is important people understand summon portals can be horrible as well as awesome. The trick is not to go on tilt and start throwing more money at it. Take a deep breath and walk away.

It happens to us all and it’s not worth overspending your budget for.

So, looking at the Springvale Portal, the background seems a bit lackluster compared to events. Wish the seasonal portals had a unique background like how events have their own, S2, S3, and S4 have their own. Seasonals share the same background as S1. Would be nice if Springvale had its own unique background in the portal during its duration.

Anyone notice the missing monk emblems yet, or just me?? “15 10 :triangular_flag_on_post: 4350 Sir Roostley Avatar, 1x Epic Hero Token, 10x Monk Emblem”. We really going to get a dragon bone instead of emblems??
