 Easy, Normal and Advanced Modes

New for 2020, there are now three Modes for the Seasonal Event — Easy (new), Normal, and Advanced. You can play any or all three, and must complete each Stage sequentially in that mode to advance.

The Modes are separated, a bit like Tiers in Challenge Events.

Unlike Normal/Hard Modes in Atlantis, advancing in the Easy or Normal Modes won’t give you access to the corresponding Stages in Advanced. You need to beat each Stage in each mode to progress. And unlike Normal/Hard Modes in Valhalla, the Modes can be played entirely separately — you could start with Advanced, for instance, without playing Easy and Normal.

:triangular_flag_on_post: Stages

Like previous versions of Springvale, there are 20 Stages per Difficulty Mode.

With the addition of Easy, that now means there are a total of 60 Stages across the three Difficulty Modes.

:no_entry_sign: No Hero Restrictions

Unlike Challenge Events, there are no restrictions on Hero or Troop rarity in the Easy, Normal, and Advanced Modes. There are also no restrictions on Hero Classes, unlike Class Trials.

You’re free to use any heroes you’d like!

:repeat: No Replaying Completed Stages

Unlike Challenge Events, Seasonal Events don’t allow replaying a completed Stage — much like how Quests work.

Once you beat each Stage, it’s locked, and once you beat the entirety of the Seasonal Event, you can’t play any more.

If you fail at a Stage, you can retry as many times as you’d like, up until the Event ends.

:star2: Epic Hero Tokens Can Be Used for Seasonal Summoning

image is from 2019, and will be updated after launch

The Seasonal Summons replaces the regular Epic Hero Summons.

Because of that, unlike Challenge Event Summons, the Summoning Portal for Seasonal Events allows using saved up Epic Hero Tokens that can otherwise normally only be used for Epic Hero Summons.

That makes Seasonal Events the only place you can currently use Epic Hero Tokens for a chance at non-Season 1 heroes.

You’ll also have the same chance at the HOTM as usual when using Epic Hero Tokens. For information on the HOTM, see: Malosi – New April 2020 HOTM (Hero of the Month): Thoughts, Discussion & Summon Results with Feedback.

:cherry_blossom: Festive Stronghold

During Seasonal Events, your Base is updated in the spirit of the season.

For Springvale, this includes colorful eggs, and vibrant plant life all around your Base.

:left_speech_bubble: Share Your Teams & Results, and Ask Questions!

  • Many players will switch up their heroes used for each Stage, based on the monster/boss colors — are there heroes you’re using consistently for Springvale?

  • Are there any Stages you’re having a hard time with, and would like advice on beating?

  • Are you using particular items to beat Springvale stages?

  • How do you find playing with the Egg Bombs?

  • Do you have insights on strategy to share, or questions?

  • Is there anything about Springvale that you’re wondering about?

2x Costume Rigard + 2x Proteus + 1x Miki

Should be a cake walk lol.

I assume 2 Rigards don’t stack at all? If I have 2 specials activated, I wouldn’t get 200 health + 200 health for each hero, right? It would just be the one set?

Correct, HoT status effects don’t stack.

But you could alternate firing them, to be more likely to have one ready to go, and keep the status effect up regularly.

Yeah that is what i will do, the same with Proteus too. :grinning:

Or you could run one as dapper noble and one as classic Rigard in case you ever need the full heal at once.

My main rigard is +14 but the second one, I have only maxed his costume, the regular is at about 4/35 i think. But he could still be great at that so i could do that

Thank you @zephyr1; here is what I put together:

If I have made any errors, let me know and I will correct the image. I hope it could be useful to the community as well.

4/6/2020 EDITS: (Please let me know if I have missed anything)
• Updated the recommended TP numbers in all three levels. (I had competed the first 7 levels in Easy, so I assume by counting backwards in 50s that the TP numbers are correct. Please verify.)
• Updated the loot quantities for all of the emblems awarded in stages 11-20 in Advanced Level from 4 to 10.
• Updated the trainer 1* loot quantity from 1 to 2 in Easy Level, Stage 20.
• Updated the trainer 3* loot quantity from 1 to 2 in Advanced Level, Stage 10.
• I didn’t have the proper avatar graphics before so I guessed with my mockups of where the characters were placed. These are updated to reflect the screenshots taken from the game.
• Darkened the green shading in the columns slightly.
• Updated the 3* blue hero’s name to Chick Jr.

Someone can help me with something ?
I dont believe i will be able to purchase any offer before 15th of april . Is It possible to purchase like in Valhalla previous springvale offers ? For example being on day 16 purchase the offer from day 8.

If it’s anything like the previous seasonal event offers, you only have one day to purchase each offer.

So sad this quarentine has me short of money haha and i was planning to gather gems and tokens for may before all this caos came in the world.

I hope they make the calendar something similar to Valhalla with the possibility of purchase previous offers

I tried searching, does anyone have a list of the offers from last years spring offers? Wanted to kind of see what the previous offers were. Thanks.

The top post of last year’s thread has a log.

Wow. I completely missed that. Thank you so much.

I am eager to try Sif there. On final stage of Advanced her special should be a murder.

Otherwise, I’ll go with Sorcerer Vivica, Miki, Vela, and Boldtusk+20.

Loot bit crap 2 sheilds n a tonic for the whole thang! :woman_shrugging:
Is there more for competition of each stage! There gotta be as see it pointless really?

It’s 10 emblems per emblem type instead of 4  nice

also just noticed… waaa, 4600 recommended TP? that’s crazy. Hope I can finish it.

Tried to auto-play through Easy and almost died at the very first stage with a team of over 4300 TP. The eggs deal high damage (140-180 depending on a hero) which sucks, it should be matched to the difficulty level
I thought the new easy mode is cool cause even newbie players can play, but if the eggs deal high damage even in the really easy stages it’s just wrong

I just send my 3* heroes through easy mode. And some of my 3/60 heros . Its to avoid using the same team all the event. I Will probably send my unleveled JF to test it haha

This new difficulty level is a good addition for newer players! I like It

I’m gonna do the easy part as last. First the other two. But i’m not fond to see a tonic for 4600 teampower.
Healers times tops and Proteus hopefully are enough…
