I hate all of the Trials, give me my Emblems and let me get back to farming

Special Questions for Trials of Piety
Trials of Piety is relatively heavy on healer options — did you bring any healers? And were you able to find sufficient firepower amongst your Cleric and Monk choices?
Monk Wilbur really shines for Quests and Trials, both for making survival easier, and for debuffing enemy defense. Do you have Wilbur, and if so, did you bring him along?
Standard Questions for All Trials
Did your team change notably since last time?
Did changes to your team make the Trials any easier or harder?
What items did you use, if any?
What are you doing with your shiny new Emblems?
If you beat Stage 3, who’s eating the 3* Trainer Hero?

So since I didn’t have any purple heroes to train I gave Jabbar a shot and replaced my maxed Li Xiu. What I thought would be a mistake, since he’s not maxed and has an abysmal atack stat, turned out to be a really good decision:
I don’t know if it was because of purple being the better colour in this trial, or because of his anti-healing or if I just got lucky with the tiles, but this is the first time I didn’t need any items. Bosses went down faster than usual too.
Friar & Joon have a tendency of resisting debuffs, which works against Jabbar, but other than that I can highly recommend him.
On my main, I replaced Bane with Leonidas. Line up was Mnesseus, Li Xiu, Leonidas, Hawkmoon, and Friar Tuck. I just wish I had some purple monks or clerics on my roster as it went against me. My alt will actually be doing better than my main I believe. Second stage had to use all my items because of that counter attack. And I wasn’t getting any green tiles thrown my way so it was difficult keeping Mnesseus and Friar Tuck charged.
Keep in mind that this is only for one trial. I don’t use him for anything else, not even for war. Trials of justice doesn’t have healer bosses, so he’ll be fairly useless there.
My team this time was:
Gan Ju (3/34), Hawkmoon (5/50 but special skill at 6), Li Xiu (3/60), Rigard (2/39), Bane (3/50, special skill 6)
Compared to last time Rigard was new (I guess I had a 2* last time) and he was a help.
I managed stage 1 easily. I tried stage 2 but did not want to use any items so I failed miserably. I was able to survive for quite some time but with so many yellow against Vivicia and with perfect riposte I could not manage to make serious damages on the bosses. What I would need for this trial would be a debuffer.
With the heroes I have for trials of piety, I could play with just one hand while raiding a bike. Backwards. Though I know for most players is still very difficult, even with items. Stay strong and grow strong!
Had to use a couple healing pots on Rigard in the boss fight in stage 3, but overall was pretty smooth sailing!
I thought Hansel would be more impressive here than he was.
Wilbur was as expected. (Awesome as always.)
But y’know, I continue to think Elk is undervalued in his tankishness. Even at 3/70 -where he’s been for a loooong time, because I keep waiting to be gifted with a “better” 5* green, but find myself collecting Horghalls- he stood his ground, seemingly impervious to damage.
He also did some real damage on O. I use him so infrequently these days, I didn’t really think about the potential for a strong symbiosis with Wilbur. But that’s what I discovered here when using Specials at the right time. Pretty cool.
The board heavily favored Joon so I went that way even though I wanted to take out Boril first. Not enough firepower survived until it was just Tuck (who hits hard by the way!) and his health kept increasing so I had to limp my way to the finish with battle items:
Not so good at boss step… not efficient hero… using carpet bomb and the result is failed
This is the only Trial that did dont finish at stage 3… so, my plan later will be either one of heroes should work: Vivica, Gafar, Jabbar, Li Xiu (maybe), and waiting Rigard from TC20 or summon portal.
I don’t like this trial. Maybe its my heroes but its really a tile fight. I can beat all 3 stages but it takes forever so this time I just nuked them. Li xiu, wu Kong, Joon, Vivica(3.60), rigard 2.xx. Li hits like feather and only joon really punches. R even the enemy is not attackers. Boril, Vivica, friar. If I had elkanen he could attack o guess but only have kadilen 1.1. But I need the emblems and lianna got the trainer. She’s getting everything shes at 4.50 film getting her 2 wks age. I didn’t have green 5s until her and kadilen popped in tc20. I like trials in general though. Maybe they could add a 4th stage with a 3 or 4* unfarmable mat.
Gaffar and jabbar would help for this trial as attackers and they’re not bad overall either. Don’t know if I’d level just for a trial but they have other uses. Rigard is a must have, Vivica not far behind either. You look like you’re close and even though I can beat it I nuke them since it takes forever on this trial. It should be called trial of nonviolence since I think joon is only enemy that hits.
Wilbur is absolutely essential to me for this trial. I only have Bane as a damage dealer so this is one of the hardest trials for my limited hero base. I can only finish the first two levels.
I am stoked whenever I see these trials though because I definitely need more emblems of every type and these are the best ways to farm them.
