fiend-resist Fiend Resist At the start of each battle, this Hero is immune to new Fiends for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
:hourglass: Ability: When this character casts their Special Skill, they have 50% chance to give -25% mana generation for 3 turns to all their enemies. If the Special Skill is fully charged, the chance is 100%.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Stalling Cheerful Charm
  • 1x Mana Charge:
    • Summons Grimoire Minion for all allies with 13% HP and 20% attack inherited from caster.
  • 2x Mana Charge:
    • Deals 235 damage to all enemies.
    • Summons a Grimoire Fiend for all enemies. The Fiend damage the enemy with 43% attack every turn.
    • The Grimoire Fiend absorbs healing and disappears when it has absorbed health equal to 30% of its owner’s max health.

The new heroes form the “Magic” family and have a family bonus for each unique hero in the team:

Magic Family
Bonus for 1 / 2 / 3 Heroes:

  • 50% / 75% / 100% chance to cast +5% mana generation stack on a random ally when this hero casts their Special skill.
    Maximum stack size: 10

Note: Family bonus can be triggered on the first and second mana charge too.
The new heroes have passive abilities too, which can be triggered on the second mana charge only.

It’s important to remember that Challenge Event Heroes have EXTREMELY low summoning odds. No amount of summoning will guarantee a Challenge Event Hero.

On average, in a 10-pull, you have a 17.5% chance of summoning Anastasia.

But that statistic can lead our minds astray in exactly how our odds play out as we continue summoning.

Some useful insights:

  • 69 times out of 100, you’ll get Anastasia by pull 20 (5,200 gems)
  • 95 times out of 100, you’ll get Anastasia by pull 156 (46,800 gems)
  • 99 times out of 100, you’ll get Anastasia by pull 240 (62,400 gems)

Putting that in Perspective

  • 31 out of every 100 people won’t get Anastasia by the 20th pull
  • If 1 Million players each summoned :two::zero: times, 309,196 of those players wouldn’t get Anastasia
  • 5 out of every 100 people won’t get Anastasia by the 156th pull
  • If 1 Million players each summoned :one::five::zero: times, 56,280 of those players wouldn’t get Anastasia
  • 1 out of every 100 people won’t get Anastasia by the 240th pull
  • If 1 Million players each summoned :two::four::zero: times, 10,013 of those players wouldn’t get Anastasia

Weak minions (in HP, not attack) but she can summon them fast and one of few 4* to do so. Fiends on the other hand I don’t see any real value as damage is not great and she does not anything else.

the second charge is the best, 30% of health I think is significant, specially if you get to add more than 1 set of fiends

Buddy summons minions with 10% HP, but he is 2x slower than this hero, but of course this hero doesn"t have any other effects in her first mana charge.

Hey I’m not following. Can you explain how the fiend attack differs from the minion attack? It looks like the fiend attack % is higher or am I misunderstanding? Lol. Thanks!

I got her today. Im new in the game so im finishing first some yellow 3 star heroes. I have the orbs needed to max her. Should i use them on Anastasia(my first yellow 4☆) ? I will try my luck on Valhalla portal to see if i can get Mist or Gilinbursti but if not id like to know what more experienced players think about her and how does she fit in a new player roster.

Take her to 3/60 first. See how you like her game mechanics. Definitely aim to get Mist and Gullinbursti though. Those 2 are awesome.

I pulled her too. I think she’ll be useful for Tournaments and Wars, but I’m also gonna give her a few Raid outings because I like the idea of the Tier-2 Fiends (wish I got Motega). I wrote a full review here. Thank you!

Does anyone know if her minions or fiends attacking would trigger her class ability?

I pulled her as my only Tower of magic hero in a 10 pull and offhand she looks a bit disappointing. I’m C2P and pretty high level so I don’t have much else to level so I’m definitely taking her to 70 and will try her out but she just seems underwhelming.

8/17 minions for the entire team with nothing else seems pretty weak even if it is on a very fast mana charge. Noor is 30/30 and the minions do something and she still doesn’t seem very popular or powerful. The 8% hps on the minions is barely anything. Buddy’s minions are 10/10 for him and near by but his ability also does damage and 2 debuffs on the enemy target and near by. It just feels like the minions need something. They need to be bigger, they need to do something like Noor or Red Hoods minions or have something on cast. A little damage to the entire other team or a cleanse or something.

The 2x charge also seems weak. a 30/43 fiend isn’t horrible but just doesn’t feel like enough by itself for a slow mana ability. Elizabeth is 28/43 fiend and 175% damage and mana debuff from the minions on an average speed.

I agree, I pulled her as well and am trying to find a reason to level her up.

She’s my first fiend hero so I’m not sure how much damage 43% attack does. From reading the Elizabeth thread, Elizabeth’s fiends seem to do about 45 damage per turn (so given Anastasia’s lower attack stat, hers should come in a bit lower, maybe around 30-35?). At slow speed this doesn’t seem like a good trade off.

My main idea so far is to pair her with Motega as the 2 in a 3-2 stack, and use her minions / fiends to protect his. Both fiends would probably do about 70 damage per turn and require 60% healing to clear his fiend, but as a standalone hero I think I’d prefer to bring almost anyone else.

How would you emblem her? I am not used to use fiend’s heroes

Using her for first time
 is that ok? 1000 points for each fiend? I dont understand at all this

She creates Fiends with 30% of max HP which is 4500*30% = 1500.
Since the Seshat - Frosh ( Blue minion booster HoTM) issue minions (and Fiends) are capped at 1000.

So 1000 HP Fiend is the expected if you use her on the bosses.

I’m not sure about the fiends
 But, I believe someone tried this out awhile back with a minion sitting upon a wizard class hero – as I recall, the minion triggered the wizard class when the minion hit a buffed enemy.

I like her as minion generator because while they have low health, they have still great attack. And she can cast them fast. Good for clearing monsters fast.
