Image Aether Power Description
attack-up Attack Up At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +20% attack for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Malevolent Toys
  • Deals 340% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
  • Summons an Elf Minion for each ally with 10% HP and 10% attack inherited from the caster.
  • The target and nearby enemies get -14% defense, and a further -5% decrease per each Ice shield on the board for 4 turns, up to -54% defense.
  • The target and nearby enemies get -10% accuracy, and a further -5% decrease per each Ice shield on the board for 4 turns, up to -50% accuracy.

Christmas (Winter) Heroes now all have a family bonus for unique heroes of the same family.

Winter Family
Bonus for 2 / 3 heroes:

  • +2% / +3% health for Minions
  • +5% / +10% attack for Minions

So from looking Youtube it seems like a lot of them don’t get so excited about her. Naturally I pull her 2 times if she is not a game wrecker :smiley:

Hits 3 fast, blinds them, and puts defence down on them. I don’t know who these YouTube warriors are, but in my eyes she’s a mighty good hero.

Everywhere on the forum and alliance chats that I’ve seen are discussint that she is the best of the new Winter heroes, so I am very surprised to hear people complaining about her. Maybe there is a confusion with Peppermint

Well I guess people mention that she would probably be used in a 3 attack stack and then the def down would be not needed. I am happy that I got her I was just surprised that those people on yt were not that into her.

Without blue tiles, she isn’t very good imho. I like her a lot and would really like to have her. But she’s not crazy, she’s just good imho.

She does need the board to have a decent number of blue tiles to maximize her secondary effects, so there’s definitely a luck component baked in. Not bad by any means, but I’m guessing some prefer a more fixed/predictable special.

FWIW I pulled her and will max her, but I still would’ve preferred Krampus :crazy_face:

Doesn’t need the extra effects to be good, that’s just bonus. There’s finally a viable blue fast hit 3 trio, just missing a dispel.

Tinsel, Tethys, and… Iris? Not exactly instant dispel, but dispel-over-time of sorts.

Or replace Iris with Frida to maximize damage + instant dispel (though Frida is average)

Or why not Adalinda? Huge defense drop, huge attack buff (Tethys), and whoever hits last is guaranteed to wipe out all three (evade/dodge/revive aside)

When I finally max Tinsel next century, I’m gonna have to play around and see which combo deals the most damage:

Three of:

  • Frida
  • Tethys
  • Tinsel
  • Adalinda
  • Cobalt

In a vacuum, I suspect Frida+Adalinda+Tethys would deal the most damage, but Tinsel could conceivable replace Adalinda if the board is good enough - her max attack stat should be around 1043, which is 132 higher than Adalinda’s 911! :scream:

My new dreamteam with Perseus-C :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

The third for „the finishing move“ in my roster could be Iris, Pengi, Bubbles or Master Lepus-C. They’re all fast.

Athena pairs well with Perseus-C (HOTM 2017 Mana bonus), but is only average speed.

What I need now are a lot of scopes……
