Or: How many summons are needed to get an Underwild Featured Legendary Hero?

It’s important to remember that Season 4 Underwild Heroes have EXTREMELY low summoning odds. No amount of summoning will guarantee a Season 4 Hero.

On average, in a 10-pull, you have a 3.3% chance of summoning Lepiota (Featured).

But that statistic can lead our minds astray in exactly how our odds play out as we continue summoning.

Some useful insights:

  • 9 times out of 100, you’ll get Featured Lepiota by pull 30
  • 28 times out of 100, you’ll get Featured Lepiota by pull 100
  • 50 times out of 100, you’ll get Featured Lepiota by pull 300
  • 95 times out of 100, you’ll get Featured Lepiota by pull 898
  • 99 times out of 100, you’ll get Featured Lepiota by pull 1380

Putting that in Perspective

Gems cost $99.99 US for 10,000. A 30x Summons costs $83.99 US.

  • 91 out of every 100 people won’t get Featured Lepiota by the 30th pull.

  • If 1 Million players each spent $83.99 USD to summon 30 times, 904,687 of those players wouldn’t get Featured Lepiota.

  • 28 out of every 100 people won’t get Featured Lepiota by the 100th pull.

  • If 1 Million players each spent $281.97 USD to summon 100 times, 716,133 of those players wouldn’t get Featured Lepiota.

  • 1 out of every 100 people won’t get Featured Lepiota by the 1,380th pull.

  • If 1 Million players each each spent $3,863.61 USD to summon 1,380 times, 9,975 of those players wouldn’t get Featured Lepiota.

More Insights & Reading

I highly recommend reading these threads for more information and context on summoning odds:

If you’ve read them a million times before, you may consider reading them again before deciding on your budget for summoning. A little time spent deciding on how much money you want to risk on summoning goes a long way to avoiding disappointment, frustration, and regret later.

Got lucky and pulled her this morning. But I do have a question regarding the Abyss Ghost form. Is the Abyss Ghost form a cleansable status ailment?

Here’s her artwork:

I was wondering the same question, but as the target is immune to special skills, maybe the abyss ghost can’t be cleaned ?

Well, it is uncleansable. Good news!

Very nice! Thanks @Yarthan

So basically her special is like removing one hero for 4 turns? :face_with_monocle:

Acutally, yes. I think she can be awesome against taunters, like Krampus, Black Knight…

I think she’ll be most effective against flanks actually…at least for me…i tend to play mono so usually tanks go down fast…disabling heroes like frigg is gonna be awesome

Or disable nasty revivers for while? Some can resist mana control yes, resist the ghost form can you???

Ghost the tanks before they fire their taunts and buffs, then you’ve got four turns to ghost tiles up the middle and pick off their flanks.

She’d also be really helpful to delay a charged Frigg/Odin to buy time for healing or attacking others.

Because Abyss Ghost make target cannot gain mana and cast specials skills, can Poesidon’s buff, Miki passive (resist silence) and Neith passive (resist Mana Block) protect Lepiota’s Abyss Ghost ?

I managed to get Lepiota on a 10x. Was very excited to see her, even though I was unsure of her utility. After reading and thinking of her, she could be a great hero. With being fast there’s an opportunity to ghost multiple enemies in a raid or war attack. I have a feeling she’s going to be a lifesaver in a time of need.

When I first saw her in beta I was slightly disappointed as I thought I’d rather just have a sniper and kill the target than ghost them. Now I’m starting to think of her as also a silencer and using her when I don’t need to fully kill an enemy or to take out the most dangerous enemy and not just the tank.

Exactly. She can buy you time, which is a valuable asset. I also love that she can shut down any hero, even one buffed to the nines. I do wonder if ninjas can doge her special though, as well as rouge or even monks resisting? I imagine so.

This hero is too much, I think it can’t be quick mana…

Enjoyed this video! You are using double mana boosters though, she’s fast but won’t be quite that fast for most players.

not mine!! I dont have those heros in this life … maybe in the next one :frowning:

If I saw that correctly, Elizabeth still applies a spider to heroes in ghost form. That’s a solid synergy.

Nope because it’s all inherent in the “Abyss Ghost” form… It’s not separate buffs or whatever but a single effect.
