Image Aether Power Description
special-armor Special Armor At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +40% defense against Special Skills for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
:hourglass: Ability: Special Skill Damage Reduction
Received damage is reduced by -20% for the first 3 times this character recieves damage from Special Skills.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Undying Incantation
  • Removes all status effects and stacks from the target. Removes even those status effects which are otherwise undispallable or uncleansable.
  • Deals 150% damage to the target.
  • The target switches into Abyss Ghost form.
  • While in Abyss Ghost form, the target receives 147 damage per turn.
  • While in Abyss Ghost form, the target cannot gain mana, can’t do normal attacks and can’t cast specials skills; but is immune to normal attacks, special skills, status effects and stacks.
  • Abyss Ghost form lasts 4 turns.
  • Last enemy left in the battle can’t be shifted into Abyss Ghost Form.

Families give bonuses for each unique Hero of the same family in battle.

Bonus for 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 Heroes:

  • 20% / 24% / 28% / 32% / 36% chance to spawn an Underwild Gem on board when this hero casts Special Skill

Underwild Gem deals 50 damage to a random enemy each turn.

Underwild Gems can only be spawned on a normal shield on board that has the same element as this Hero.

Lazy costume ignoring all beta feedback. Disappointed that SG could not be more original with a hero that was as unique as Lepiota.

This is the only costume of the new ones that’s actually worth anything (but in no way worth chasing). With the costume bonus, original Lepiota will become functionally very fast with styx/magic troops and paired with a bard hero.

Terribly lazy on all of them and as you noted, that is especially clear because of how unique Lepiota is.

This makes her slightly better than she was which is a “nice to have” but initial costumes really added to the base heroes’ skill sets giving the player nice options from which to choose so expectations are higher than “nice”.

The latest round of costumes from the developers are of either the
“I don’t care about my job” variety
- - OR - -
“The boss wants something fast and we aren’t allowed to take time to test them”.

A crying shame.

that costume bonus on lepi makes her super strong if yall do have the setup for her in 6 tiles
