bulwark Bulwark At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +15% defense, and a further 1% increase every time they are hit during 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
:thought_balloon: Memorize Status Ailments: This hero has an innate ability to memorize status ailments. The latest 5 status ailments that are cast on the Hero will stay memorized until the Special Skill is cast.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Absordium Deflectors
  • Deals 175% damage to all enemies.
  • All status ailments memorized by the innate ability are cast to all enemies.

It’s important to remember that the Bonus Tavern of Legends Hero has EXTREMELY low summoning odds. No amount of summoning will guarantee this Hero.

On average, in a 10-pull, you have a 1% chance of summoning [???].

But that statistic can lead our minds astray in exactly how our odds play out as we continue summoning.

Some useful insights:

  • 18 times out of 100, you’ll get Myztero by pull 200
  • 63 times out of 100, you’ll get Myztero by pull 1000
  • 95 times out of 100, you’ll get Myztero by pull 2995
  • 99 times out of 100, you’ll get Myztero by pull 4603

Putting that in Perspective

  • 82 out of every 100 people won’t get Myztero by the 200th pull

  • If 1 Million players each summoned 200 times, 820,000 of those players wouldn’t get Myztero

  • 5 out of every 100 people won’t get Myztero by the 2995th pull

  • If 1 Million players each summoned 2995 times, 50,000 of those players wouldn’t get Myztero

It’s possible that the live release may change, but considering Beta for this Hero ended a month ago, it’s a bit late to be giving feedback to the game designers. :slightly_smiling_face:

I’d also argue that Rogue fits the concept better — you can potentially Evade damage from a Special Skill, while Memorizing the status ailment from it.

I wonder if he would be a fun GTV counter. In my experience, if Telluria fires, the others aren’t too far behind.

Yes BUT he has to survive the hits/ DoT from the GTV setup

That was the main downside to this hero… to memorise the effects he had to take the hit first… which means needing a cleanser or healer to keep him alive

Yes. But the fact of the matter is, my team needs to survive regardless when that gets set off, otherwise I’ve already lost. If I do have a cleanser/healer ready, then his special may help with turning the tides. I would assume Vela would take the full fire damage as the ??? hero isn’t Red? Of course, considering the very low chance of getting ??? I might as well stop speculating.
