Below odds are current as of June 30, 2020. Odds will change as additional S3 5* heroes are added to the “non-featured” hero pool.

It’s important to remember that Season 3 Valhalla Heroes have EXTREMELY low summoning odds. No amount of summoning will guarantee a Season 3 Hero.

On average, in a 10-pull, you have a 1.43% chance of summoning Gefjon.

But that statistic can lead our minds astray in exactly how our odds play out as we continue summoning.

Some useful insights:

  • 13 times out of 100, you’ll get Gefjon by pull 100
  • 51 times out of 100, you’ll get Gefjon by pull 500
  • 76 times out of 100, you’ll get Gefjon by pull 1500
  • 89 times out of 100, you’ll get Gefjon by pull 1500
  • 95 times out of 100, you’ll get Gefjon by pull 2073
  • 99 times out of 100, you’ll get Gefjon by pull 3186

Putting that in Perspective

Gems cost $99.99 US for 10,000. A 30x Summons costs $83.99 US.

  • 87 out of every 100 people won’t get Gefjon by the 100th pull.

  • If 1 Million players each spent $281.97 USD to summon 100 times, 870,000 of those players wouldn’t get Gefjon.

  • 5 out of every 100 people won’t get Gefjon by the 2073rd pull.

  • If 1 Million players each spent $5,805.92 USD to summon 2073 times, 50,000 of those players wouldn’t get Gefjon.

Decided to run a x10 pull, though I normally just run singles spread out over the life of the portal. Glad I did, wasn’t expecting her, just wanted the bonus crate lol

Just ascended Garnet today, so I’ve no mats for her. Mana speed isn’t listed, so I’m not even sure about her and her worth.
Edit: nevermind think my display was glitching, mana speed wasn’t showing for me at the time of posting.

Feel so lucky getting her from only 6 single pulls.

Okay. First: everytime I say I really want any specific hero, I ended with none of them. Maybe its a curse, I don’t know
 so I’ll try this
 : I DON’T WANT GEFJON


She is just another S3 Hero, they are not worthy enough, at least compare with the trusted vanilla heroes

I’d saved up enough coins for 6 single pulls and with Valhalla offers a 10 pull with the aim of pulling Gefjon.

Didn’t pull Gefjon unfortunately but did manage to pull Skadi so I’m rather happy with that :grinning:

I did three 30 pulls to get Gefjon.

I’ve been playing around with her, mainly versus Telluria tanks. She is amazing. Best new 5* in awhile.

Hi,
I really like this one and saved some coins, but I’m F2P without many completed 5* heroes. The ones I’ve got are mainly snipers, rangers and especially in red I’ve got plenty to do

I’m hoping for better blue or pink 5*.

Should I pull now or wait for next Valhalla heroes/HOTM?

After reading all this comments I decide to use some of my saves coins plus maybe a 10x pull

I did my first coin pull and
 Tyr show up :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I think I use all my luck so didn’t pull more but maybe I will do some later

I would honestly prefer Alfrike. But
 I shall be happy with my Gefjon after my fourth coin pull. Especially after a 3 month draught

Really, truly!

Firstly, I don’t have any 5*s that are any good for tank pos in rush tournies (maybe also in wars).

Secondly, she would be great in tougher PVE.

Thirdy, I have never really had many snipers in my roster and so I am not really used to them. I have far more AOE, support, buffers/debuffers and “strategic” heroes than I do snipers

Fourthly, I already have my main anti GTV team set up. And I am not yet sure if Gefjon and Noor will play nicely with each other.

Fifthly
 I probably tend to favour unconventional, slower heroes just for the fun factor

I guess not everyone loves snipers as much as I do. :stuck_out_tongue: Alfrike is really good, she got me top 1% in that rush attack tournament with no yellow by herself. I think I’d still rather have Gefjon though. She’s a lot of fun. Stealing minions is really unique.
