Ramming pulverizers

I keep pulling ramming pulverizers. I’ve levelled up but not yet maxed Gormek and Tiburtus and love them. Gormek is in my main defence team doing wonders and Tiburtus helps me in Titan battles when Gormek is off color (sometimes use both). I just pulled Grimm too (others in blue cue are Valen (only have one maxed 3* blue in Karil and Valen is in the cue). I also have Triton in the cue. Still go for Grimm as next blue in cue?

Yes I would focus on Grimm as your next in line blue hero.

Grimm is worth ascending. Triton has no exceptional value on his own, you must use him before using a healer, so he will have to wait for the average healer to charge…

Yes, Grimm is the best of the pulverizers and you want one of each color for titans…unless you get Wilbur. If you have Wilbur say bye bye to Gormek.

Alas, no Wilbur - but a good bunch to throw feeders to anyway

Why say goodbye to Gormek ?
Their stats are not that far apart.
Their specials are different, so on that Wilbur wins.
Can they be on the same team?
Hard to kill both. Decent dam. 2 def down, timing it could make life challenging for the opponents.
Just asking.
Have fun.

Wilbur gives a -44% defense for 4 turns. Gormek’s special overwrites and downgrades that to -34% for 6 turns. It doesn’t make sense to bring two hero’s that overwrite each other. Maybe if you hold onto Gormke’s special and don’t fire until Wilbur’s effect is gone, but by then your about ready to fire Wilbur again anyways and you’ve wasted a special (or at least the mana gain from holding onto it).

Gormek hits like a wet noodle. And his Defense Debuff is only -34%, while Wilbur’s is -44%. And if you fire Gormek after Wilbur, Gormeks’ debuff will overwrite Wilbur’s, and you’ll actually be helping the enemy team.

So even timing it is not worth it, i understant.
Still learning.
Thank you for the explanations.
One day I’ll get Willbur, maybe.
Have fun.

Same boat here @Wolf9, Wilbur is avoiding me like the wife on Father’s Day.

I got Wilbur and Gormek at same time. Wilbur is maxed +3, Gormek is flat.
Maxed both Grimm and Tibs.

I’ve eaten all dupe Gormeks and Wilburs since.
Doubt I will ever max a Gormek.

Class Quests

I would recommend leveling one, or two, Grimm to 4* 3.60 for Class quests since Barbarian quests are both triple red Bosses.

Personally

Personally I have

Barbarian Grimm 4*+13 ( original Wu Kong Cascade squad),

Grimm 4* 3.60 ( for Barbarian Quests triple red Bosses),

Ranger Tiburtus 4*+11,

Monk Wilbur at 4*+1 ( Wu Kong has Gambler’s Stance, so Monk Wu Kong 4*+9, but hope to get rumored Druid Ranvir in June ),

Gormek 4* 3.60 ( unlike Wilbur does damage and defense debuff lasts longer but lots of 4* reds in front).

Once you go Grimm, you can’t go back…

(Unless you pull Kage…but I haven’t)

Depending what other heroes you have to mix them up with.

Tibertus is mainly for yellow titans or purple stack combo/

If you need an overall RP, Grimm would be the main choice since he has the highest damage of the 3.

However, if you play at higher levels, I recommend Gormek for his toughness if you have other high damage heroes to pair with him.

I see no reason not to level any of the RP trio. I have all of them maxed and Gormek and Tiburtus with several emblems. Part of that is that I’m F2P, and each came to me at a time when I didn’t have a better option. But, at the very least, leveling all three plus Wilbur means you can have a defense down hero on four of your six war teams. You could do worse than that!
