attack-up Attack Up At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +20% attack for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

When this character starts a turn with low health for the first time during a battle, they recover 15% health and receive 15% mana.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Dreaded Waters
  • Deals 280% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
  • The target and nearby enemies receives 243 water damage over 3 turns. Against Fire characters, this status effect becomes uncleansable and lasts 2 turns longer.
  • The caster steals 51% healing applied to the target and nearby enemies for 3 turns. Against Fire characters, this status effect becomes uncleansable and lasts 2 turns longer.

Too many fast, hit three, green heroes exist already. He isn’t anything special compared to most of them. Hard pass.

Agree. I got Guan Yu recently and he puts this guy to shame. This one looks like C-Elkanen with beefier stats and water damage, and C-Elkanen is one of worst costumes there are.

Guan Yu is incredible.

Considering that I don’t have C Elkanen, I would mind pulling this hero

I have 42 tonics… Just sitting there… Stume yunan will get 6, but I could use a few worthy options.

Wow we all said his water dmg was underwhelming so they reduced it even more for final copy LOL

I have a question about this part of his special. So if Iku-Turso hits heroes that are not red, his water damage will deal 261/3 = 87 dmg per turn. If a red hero is hit, they will get 261/5 = 52dmg per turn? Or will red heroes get extra damage 261 + 2x87 = 435dmg in total?

He is a beast now with buff before release! Top hero currently tied or close with El Nadahha among green Hitters and Gan-Yu.

He may hit harder than a few of them, but his secondary skills pale in comparison. I’d even put Frigg above him as well, especially since his class is kinda garbage.

Quenell yes i forgot about her,
Hater stats are too behind (total less dmg) and one speed slower. His utility is still valuable though
The other green Wotk dude is in the same class too as the best or one step behind (counter attack on weak minions isnt strongest utility for less dmg in comparison to Ganyu.
C. Francine is more of a utility hero though may be valuable similarly with best.

C.Francine has elemental def down to ice heroes and cleanses all at the end of each turn for four turns.

Hatters Stats aren’t really that far behind and he deals a ton of damage while also stealing buffs. The latter is much better on offense than this new guy.

Quenelle is amazing.

I just don’t see his appeal.
