Don’t get too attached

Details from Beta, especially brand-new Beta content, don’t tend to be very reliable for actual release.

It’s incredibly common that features are changed during Beta testing, or sometimes even after testing but before release. That is, after all, the purpose of Beta testing.

So I wouldn’t get too attached to any of this — it’s not unheard of for entire portions of features to be removed or reworked, or for radical changes to functionality to be made.

:tophat: Fox Heroes

*There are a total of four (4) new heroes added to Beta for testing.

*The names of the new heroes are:

  • Legendary: Rust, Shadowfang, Swiftpaw, Whitefang

Fox Family:

Fox heroes summon a Fox Minion for themselves at the start of the battle. The more unique Fox heroes there are in the same team, the better the Fox Minion is.

1 hero: The hero summon a Fox Minion with 2% health and 23% attack inherited from the hero. Fox Minion has 80% chance to dodge incoming attacks.
2 heroes: When the Fox Minion dodges, it recovers 5% health for its owner.
3 heroes: When the Fox Minion is defeated, it recovers 10% health for its owner.

Possibly should be Bone Collector ?

What happens when a minion dodges an attack? Does the hero still receive damage?

Thx, I have fixed it.

Any idea of what sort of event this is? Tower that eliminates all other towers for 3 months? Challenge event that eliminates all other challenge events for 3 months? Mini-event that comes every two weeks?

We will see them first in a new portal ( so they can get their money ), the event will come sometime later.

Passive that reduces healing by 50%? Thats insane, this will be pain to fight against.

Now the big question: will we get an event for these heroes? Or only a portal first? :stuck_out_tongue:

It would be hilarious if there was an event similar to Monster Island connected to the portal, which would be shown twice and then be forgotten and only feature the portal. And the fact that this story It’s already happened and it’s not surreal that it will happen again…
And anyway, none of these heroes seem particularly overpowered to me, except the purple one with silence.

So finally, foxes that can reduce healing by passives. Smart way to sell new cards by creating an unwanted problem. I also like the ailment that doesn’t stop until removed or cleansed.

Oh great, Faux heroes. More currencies?

I see that they ($GG) don’t do a very good job ret-connecting new heroes / families and associating existing heroes with them.

Owl Tower Council disavowed a rogue Owl who left the ordered, ventured out of the confines of their Tower to be a Guardian.

Inari would probably be disassociated as well.

Not a word about associating Elkannen and Kadilen to Alfheim Realm even though they were featured as bosses in Alfheim.

Was Hel even given the Helheim badge?

Hmm, SG have developed a liking for slow heroes lately.

At least they shelved the Tucker Fox hero , but keep the prop guns away from Rust.

I’m just assuming it’s another “Race Quest.” Which is weird because we don’t even have Slime Race Quest or Woodland Faun Race Quest yet,but we’re already on our third addition of nonsense.

Hell, they sound like they shoulda been part of Mighty Pets since they’re all either anthro foxes or literal animal foxes.

I wish they’d this much effort in HOTM as they do every randomized group of Legendary-exclusive heroes. We’re still missing QoL updates on the last 15 batches of heroes and costumes.

New Harvest Festival portal first then

Zynga will release new heroes with passive that resists this decreased healing. A new family.

Maybe Hound family:
1 member: hero and flanks : block this passive and gives +10% extra boost healing per heal

2 members: all Allies, as above

3 members and more : block passive, gives 30% extra boost healing per heal PLUS have 50% chance to give 100% damage per turn for 3 turns

:rofl::joy:
