Wu what' the point?

got Wu a very long time ago (2017) and was under the impression that his accuracy was lower when not maxed out but its not.

The Devs actual changed Wu Kong, and blindness, several times.

• Wu Kong : Gamblers Stance accuracy penalty lowered by 5%

Blind debuff, and thus Gambler’s stance which uses the same rules/ coding, did not originally effect special skills .

• Status effect Blind also affects the accuracy of offensive Special Skills ( linky, linky)
• Blind now affects each hit from a multi-target special attack separately.
• Blind now affects debuffs from special attacks. ( linky, linky)
