Hunters Lodge; What items to research?

I have only one simple question: What items from the Hunters Lodge are worth researching and crafting?

Can we sell all these titan parts back to e&p for gems?

HotM in a bottle I use more harpoons, titanium shields and panacea against triple seasonal bosses/ class quests than titans. Never have enough of the correct titan parts. If I Recall correctly, most of my accounts have much fewer 5* HotM than your main account. Harpoons Though harpoons are awesome for titans. Never have enough iron. Alchemy lab I might actually build Alchemy lab if it requires titan parts instead of gems. Notes

Realistically? there isn’t much use for any of the items… Very few of them have sufficient use (beyond novelty) to warrant construction…

The only real one that was useful was the Titanium Shields… But there may be a change coming to that one (linky link: Early Information on Titanium Shield Balance Update [Part of The Beta Beat v30] )

My thoughts on most of the Hunters Lodge Items from elsewhere:

Personally I see don’t see value in the Harpoons at all for titans…
The titan parts are a nice gimmick but realistically both the Harpoons themselves AND any items from the Hunters Lodge cost too much for the small benefit they return

Harpoons have found a niche use in some PvE scenarios when the player is going in with an under strength team (e.g. class trials or seasonal quests).

The only other use I’ve heard for the Harpoons is for the attack/ fefnece debuff… It’s the only item which does both in one so there is value in that as it allows the player to take additional attacking heroes or another item.

If we look at the hunters Lodge, the only items that are SOMEWHAT useful to me are:

• Poons (see above) but they don’t need any titan parts so…
• Caltrops → nice for rare red titans to remove the counter… Don’t use any other time
• Titan Shields → has the nice gimmick for some titan hits BUT it’s unsustainable… You can only do it every now and then

And that’s about it lol… Rest of them may be fun to use but… Don’t add enough value to be worth crafting…

Usage of 5* battle items

Hi All, I am trying to figure out what the usage of 5* battle items is (Hunter Lodge crafted). Raids/Alliance War/Tournaments - You can’t use battle items. Challenge events - Restricted to 4* battle items. Maps/Common/Uncommon/Rare Quests - Too easy to justify 5* battle items. Seasonal events - I get the impression people who are long enough in the game to reach Hunter Lodge don’t need these items to complete these events. Titans - I get the impression the later 5* battle items are too exp…

Harpoons....why?

I’m purely curious Alliances stringing 14s keep usin harpoons cause they don’t want to be behind the curve if 15s/16s are released Alliances on 12s/13s are usin harpoons cause they plan on getting to the point of stringing 14s and facing 15s/16s as well Ok understandable But for teams below that line, isn’t it a waste of resources that could be better spent elsewhere?(honestly at this point kinda feel they’re a waste even for teams above that line) Just curious as to what the motivation is …

Can we sell all these titan parts back to e&p for gems?

I will nevvvvver use any of them…dont want them, dont need them, have no use for them, all they do is clutter up my inventory

I actually use the scroll of alteration sometimes on rares with a mono team… it saves you on a board shocker …but I find the Titan skull is so hard to find that I am very sparing with usage

More to the point since they are making the usefulness claim, the onus is on them to demonstrate that!

It used to be Titanium Shield, Alteration Scroll, Hurricane. Now rub out the shield after the nerf, which I’m still very salty about

Hurricane only as a substitute for tornadoes every now and then as they are very expensive

But really, the Hunters Lodge is almost completely pointless. The items are too expensive for their effects, and unsustainable

The only thing I’ve seen online that I didn’t see mentioned here is the use of Scrolls of Alteration for high tier Titans. I know that when I’ve been rewarded with them from an event, etc., my Titan scores are significantly higher. I don’t know if that reflects on the usefulness of the Scrolls or just that I’m a bad player!!

Personally, I use:

Harpoons (to reduce attack of titan and gain parts)
Hunters’ Caltrops (for Rare Tiger Titans)
Scrolls of Alteration (for Mythical Titans)
and
Hurricanes (for Mythical Titans, or when I run out of Tornadoes).

Very occasionally, a Panacea comes in handy on ridiculously tuned PvE levels.

The problem with using battle items on regular titans is that you’ll get to be known as “that guy that steals A+ using battle items”.
