In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

60% chance to perform the following actions when this character casts their Special Skill.
- Deals 90% damage to all enemies.
- All enemies get -25% accuracy for 3 turns.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Boar of Fury
  • Deals 365% damage to all enemies.
  • Wither: All enemies get -400 attack.
  • Summons a White Boar Mega Minion with 65% HP and 250% attack inherited from the caster.
  • When summoned the White Boar Mega Minion gives its owner the ability to counterattack with 100% of the received damage as long as the owner has a White Boar Mega Minion. This effect can’t be dispelled.

Bonus for 1 / 2 / 3 Heroes:

  • Each time this Hero takes damage from the enemy’s Special Skill, removes 50% / 75% / 100% boosted health from all enemies.

The new garrison guard heroes pretty much ■■■■■ all over half of the goblin roster. Scrollbeast is doomed from the beginning

Definitely not a hero to put in defense vs top teams, but can be plenty useful in offense, just avoiding the garrison heroes

Hard hit, big pseudo-heal with a nice slap every round, and an wither. Build some support around him and he can win the attack alone, just need to get that first hit off

But no, don’t attack garrison heroes with him

At slow speed a mehhh hero. With the new Garrison heroes that wither effect does nothing at that speed. So you end up with a lot of beef and mediocre hit to all at slow speed
 So either have the hit to all buffed up a lot!!, or increase the mega attack minions stats.

These days letting a slow hero go off in offence is hard. With all the mana reduction heroes/minions out there. Yes I am also talking about you Luna tanks out there lol

Do love the undispellable counter attack effect.

Of course this is fearured next to the coveted Pepperflame.

Not going to even try to summon Pepperflame even tho fearured because ill end up back in this thread complaining that i got Scrollbeast not Pepperflame. T.T

Edit: hahahHAHA the complaining reverse psychology WORKED! Got Pepperflame in only 10 pulls. Reallllllly lucky.

Ok, I’ll do the complaining for you. Pulled this scroll guy and his other slow brother Kettle. I got a double whammy.

I think he needs a power-up. speed is too slow, reduces attack but it is passively removed by heroes released at the same time and in the same portal

“ as long as the owner has a White Boar mega minion ” was wrong in this case

Way to slow should have been average speed to make him relevant hero in todays meta. Also to little damage to all (at his current speed).
I fought against him a few times where he was lvl 90 with legendary troop, and still he died so fast. Please rework this hero!

Whatever you think, Scrollbeast is a beast and really strong. In current tourney I use it in offence and defence and it‘s running pretty well. Also in regular fights in the arena I‘m able to Deal with current Meta teams.

Question: Does the mega minion reflect effect get overwritten by Odile’s dance or does he benefit from both effects?

Yes, the dance removes the MM reflect. I tested it to make sure

Im not sure if he got majorly buffed since release but his current version I agree with you that he is super strong. Really don’t get the complaints.

He is a battle of attrition hero so the slow speed is almost irrelevant.
The AOE hit and minion hits are both strong especially given his attack state
The mm is as strong as B&Fs - which is to say super strong
The un-dispellable counter iss as strong as B&Fs - which can win tight matches on its own
The wither which is only effective vs non garrison guard I see as the least of his special and just a bonus. Just like I run B&F everywhere vs top defenses (and also in every defense team) I will run Scrollbeast everywhere I possibly can

In a battle of attrition (no legendary troop) vs 4 pretty meta heroes

It did help that one of them was Iga who can’t scratch him!
