More Insights & Reading

I highly recommend reading these three threads for more information and context on summoning odds:

If you’ve read them a million times before, you may consider reading them again before deciding on your budget for summoning. A little time spent deciding on how much money you want to risk on summoning goes a long way to avoiding disappointment, frustration, and regret later.

Dangit, should have taken Galliard lol

@Vandermar1979 Lol…right.

Me reading this new hero’s card…

:+1:
:face_with_diagonal_mouth:
:scream: :exploding_head:  :skull:

However, the “Changing Tides” charge makes no sense. Might as well just fire on the first charge since there is no marked difference in the second charge. If the second charge was 450% damage to all and fiends generate clones for all enemies, then it would be worth it to wait.

Yeah, I’m not sure, but the way I’m reading it is, it’s not a charge in the sense of ninja, magic, etc… It sounds to me like the first time you fire it is the 400%, then on the second one that’s what hits at 450%

What I don’t know is if any subsequent ones after that are at the 450% or if it cycles each time

And since it’s such a new mechanism I could be wrong about all of it lol

Thanks for that clarification. I guess the Changing Tides acts like Thor’s special. Kinda makes sense now.

Not completely the same (based on Beta).

2nd, 3rd, and all other activations are stay the same 2nd skill.
Just the mana speed will alternate between fast and average.

Thor’s skill is constantly changing.

So Lasalle fires 1st time, and it’ll be the 1st charge with 400% damage.
Then when he fires anytime after that, each one will be the 450% damage. But the mana will be charged at 8 tiles, then 10, then 8 again? (fast, avg, fast…etc) Interesting new mana mechanic.

@Petri. This hero very weak. Next portal Untold Tales Story. Do your magic. Buff this hero n all 5* heroes untold tales story!!!

Lasalle very ■■■■■■■ weak.

Kinda mixed feelings here.
Low single target damage, spreading fiends is nice, but again with low damage.
Ofc i got him lol

If , fiend have an effect on the enemy like : - mana generation or - defense down or - attack down at least he can be a sniper support.
so scattered fiends would be more useful and lethal. Lol

This is by far the weakest of group. I agree, fiend needs some kind of effect to make this hero fun to use. Probably the oddest artwork. Good luck everyone.

Yup, extra effect of fiends or better direct damage perhaps.

Has anyone tested yet if the cloned fiends trigger the pets passive skill? I think they should and that would make an incredible synergy. But not sure if cloning is technically “summoned” which is the wording of the pets passive skill.

Yes, its working.

Thanks for sharing! Hope I get him then. I was lucky and got three 5* over the past two events.

Thnx for the idea aswell, since Max is my only mighty pet hero i got, i completely forgot about their passives, this might work.

If there is no healer, do all enemy end up with constant 3 fiends on each of them? Because of the cloning.

Look like that in the video above.

Happy gaming

Does anyone know if the fiends only spread to the nearby of the hero that initially was targetted, or if the fiends will subsequently spread to the nearby of the neargy?

I.E:., you fire on the tank, then the flanks get fiends on the next turn, do the wings get them the following turn? (assuming of course that they’re not cleansed!)

Thanks!

Its spreading all across the board.
