If you think Raffaele is well-balanced, too strong, or too weak — why?
Are there specific, concrete suggestions you’d make to the game designers to alter Raffaele? Or are there specific reasons you think he should remain unchanged?
Don’t think his stats is something that have people concerned.
Too slow for the meta in the game. Emblemed Kiril is much faster and way cheaper. No 4* mats. He is meh
My initial reaction to this HOTM is one of disappointment and I’m sure I’m not the only one!
As he currently stands, I have no desire to even attempt to pull him. I’m not a big fan of slow heroes at the best of times but his attributes are very underwhelming.
Perhaps he should be brought up to average speed and read heals all allies by 50%…
Imo he can stay the way he’s now, but I wouldn’t complain about a slight buff.
I don’t think his speed should be raised. he heals quite a lot and on average speed that would be OP. If he gets any buff it should be more in line of an extra ability (e.g all allies become immune to debuffs for X turns or maybe a atk or def buff for all allies)
The problem with slow healers is, that half the team is dead when they fire. So either they resurrect or do severe damage to the enemy. Exception is Kunchen as tank.
And this guy cannot be used as tank at all - so imho not a great hero.
There are pros and cons, but definitely useful and overall a balanced hero. He may be obsolete for players with really deep rosters, but for many of us will be very useful. I could definitely use a tanky and very potent blue healer.

As far as i know, most of beta testers pointed out that this form of Raffaele is not going to do any good and gonna end up like pure let down. Yet SG put him live and few moments after went up, we got already topic about buffing this few hours old hero.
What am i missing here?

Lets throw out half baked hero and lets see what gonna happen, maybe we buff it, naybe not. Who cares, right?
I think Raffaele (in Italian) is a very good healer, slow just like Vivica and nobody ever said she was useless or she was needing a buff… even his class is right for his purpose but I disliked just his special innate ability (Immune to attack decrease) since it will never change a thing in any raid, titan, war, defence, etc… it’s just a nonsense: please find an innate ability which could have a reason to be.
I agree with ius, Raff’s innate ability is a bit baffling to me? he’s got low base attack to begin with, so it’d be no small loss if his attack got decreased in battle, as with his ability, his strengths are in other areas (team cleanser, health managing, ice hero focused buff)
