definitely still a top notch hero, great combination of skill effects. Having one hero be able to heal, dispel, and counter defense ailments is super useful! I was really happy when I got his costume.
In costume form he is a stud. Mine is +20 & LB’d. His HoT is compensated by his D boost. I used him constantly against 5* teams and in harder event stages to this day regularly.
What is the thinking behind that? I hadnt considered putting healers on attack path? I hate in Raids when i wipe out the big guns on the opponents team and then my heroes get iced by f’ing healers. People who stack a defence with healers should not be able to kill me!
Tile damage. Some healers have a decent base attack stat and stacking 3+ for higher tile damage helps. So adding to the attack stat comes through often enough.
Melandor’s base attack stat is over a 100 more than Rigard’s. Rigard’s a defensive healer given his cleanse where as Melandor is offensive as he dispells. I’d not go attack on Rigard.
Yeah that’s basically the answer. I used him on Titans and in 3 stacks in raids back when I emblemmed him, and I figured even if he dies, his attack gets added, so that’s where he is!
