I have read some posts about limit breaking of 5* holy/yellow but most of them refers to heros I do not have or without costume. My list of 5* yellow is very short.
Therefore I would like to ask you, which 5* hello/holy I should break?
Do you consider yourself a heavy spender? How do you evaluate your chances of getting one of the top yellows in coming 3 months? 6 months? Do you use any of these in your defense?
My first instinct is - wait, as none of these are the top choices. But then, if you do not chase much heroes, you could wait forever with that approach.
So if you do not spend that much - my suggestion here would be Joon. He’s a solid card, could be used offensively and defensively, scales with stats and there’s always chance you’ll eventually pull a costume for him that will make him even better.
If not him - I wouldn’t use on any of the other cards.
In my honest opinion, it all depends how much (if anything) you spend and how often you pull.
If you are F2P or VC2P then I would consider putting LBs on some very good 4* and 3* heroes first.
If it has to be one of the above and you can’t wait for a better hero then go for Joon and fingers crossed for his costume.
Good luck
I have more or less the same yellow options. I’ll LB Malosi, give him more survivability. I use him a lot, he works great on taunters, riposters, ailment, buff and DOT dealers. He neutralises Krampus, BK, Sif, Emilio, JF, GM, Alfrike, and many other deadly threats, at very fast speed. For a limited f2p roster, he’s a great addition. Keep in mind, LB’s will always come around in a few months. He can also bring a nice critt and healing bonus to the whole team if paired with some other 2020 HOTM.
I agree with the joon suggestion. The only thing which has decreased with joon over time has been the stat power creep. The additional LB stats would help.
Also it’s what 4 months till the yellow quest comes back? At which stage you can break someone else if you get someone better.
Joon is a very good sniper, but he can become obsolete against heavy teams due to the high stats of new heroes breaking him can make him keep it up with damage.
Malosi is mostly useful on attacking, he can be the key to victory not for his damage but for his block. so he will keep being useful despite not being broken.
Joon’s snipe will not change significantly with LB.
Malosi will also do only marginally more damage - the biggest benefit is he will become more survivable. Being VF high survivability is not that critical for him, and he is not too fragile anyway.
These are the two I own and can speak to personally.
Vivica is pretty chunky already so if you do use her I don’t see much benefit in LB. Roc is underwhelming from most reports.
Musashi I believe stands to gain the most from LB. He has a super high attack stat and his hit 3 does overall a lot more damage than Joon. The attack boost will therefore translate to the most improvement in terms of damage output. Additionally, his usability in a yellow stack and vs titans is further improved with an attack score that I think can exceed 1000.
His man failing is his fragility - which LBing will help to mitigate. He will get to a decent level of survivability with the LB.
Also remeber his usability has increased significantly with the introduction of the +15% defense, +15% attack elemental link and whatever the family bonus is, if applicable.
Strong vote for Musashi (I also have him, and have started using him again after the introduction of the elemental link)
