May I make a suggestion? Level some 4* and/or 3*. I’ve found leveling five-5* can be painfully slow. And expensive. I like to mix in a few lesser rarities. Of course, if one is a “must have,” I’d feed all to that one. As you’re not doing that, I assume you don’t consider them must have.
edit - I see you have a 4* I missed. Same advise applies though.
In that case I am very lucky to have Scarlett. I got her in the first pull of my game. Then, I had only Bane and no other 3⭐. It has been about little more than 2 months, She is at 4/63, had to wait for ascension materials. I don’t do any battle without her. Currently I am working on Gullinbursti.

Question for you guys:
For red, would you go with Sumitomo, a 2nd Scarlett, or Azlar? I’m leaning towards Sumitomo just for variety, but I can’ see myself spending any blades on him either. Ideally I’d like a Marjana but can’t sink feeders into a hero you don’t have lol.
For blue, would you give Richard capes to bring him to 3/70? I only have 1 scope left so it’ll be a while before I can max him anyway. Who I really want is Magni (or any other 5* blue fast sniper), but again, can only work on heroes I have.
This is a fun topic! Here’s my list:
Gregorian - for use on titans with Buddy, Ratatoskr, Ranvir, and another green. Using Kadilen on the current titan and not unhappy with the results.
Elena - I’m really lacking red 5*. This is my 2nd Elena. Have JF maxed and Ares at 3-70. Other Elena is at 3-70 also.
Rumplestiltskin - When he gets to 3-70, will have to choose between Rumplestiltskin, Master Lepus, and Costume Richard
Gretel - I’m switching over to 4*/3* for a while after I get these three 5* as high as I can - I am experiencing a bit of 5* fatigue
Balthazar - working on maxing 3*/4* unique heroes or those with costumes. He’s almost done. As someone else mentioned, maxing 3* costumes is a pain
I am currently Damascus blade limited. I have two, but I have enough other AM for 3 reds and 1 blue, and I’m one tabard and one dart short for purple and yellow. I have decided not to do any more summons and to switch away from 5* until I get enough Damascus blades to use the other ascension materials I have. Gives me a chance to improve my 3*/4* and should be cheaper which might leave me some ham to switch to emblems or troops
Love this topic. Love hearing opinions on who people are leveling. My current projects;
Clarissa: initially planned to potentially use her as my tank when Telluria balance changes were announced. Now I just bring her for my purple color stack.
Wu Kong: I’ve been using him on every Titan (I don’t have Ranvir, Miki or Tarlek) and never bothered to fully max him so he’s usually the first to die. Figured it’s finally time to at least max him and see if I can get him to stick around longer for Titans
Finley: he’s amazing. I use him every day for raiding. Even not fully leveled he’s a game changer. He will go on my defense team once he’s done.
Almur: I like his special and i need more green. Majority of my green are all healers without any firing power.
Elena: was very torn on my red project. Decided on her for her tile damage to hopefully add to my Red Titan team. Plus I pulled her costume. And I want to use her in rush attack.
Red: Elena. Only non duplicate red hero…
Yellow: Joon, as I got him recently, and he’s got to get to 3.70 before I make a decision between him & Justice (at 3.70). Only have 2 Yellow options.
Purple: Clarissa. If I’m lucky enough to pull a HOTM, you can bet I’m working on them. Have Boss Wolf (1.02) and a second Rigard (3.60) as options.
Blue: a combo of Boril’s costume, and Vela. Vela falls under the HOTM clause above. Boril I use often, and he’s the only costume I have not maxed. Options would include Chick Jr (2.29), MIreweave (4.09) , Thorne (3.70) , and Richard (3.70). You may ask why I am working on two things here, it’s mostly because of…
Green: Nobody. I have no greens that aren’t duplicates, and the options are Buddy, Mnessus, and Muggy. I use Buddy the most: in wars, and on blue titans. don’t think I need 2 of any. So feeding them off-color, mostly to the blues.
Here is who I’m working on these days:
PURPLE:
1: Clarissa to 3-70… not enough Tabards to ascend.
2: Tibs Costume is next, he got put on hold around 4-50 when I got Kage & Clarissa recently.
3: Seshat is currently leveling up skill (1* feeders only), and I will push her to 3-70.
TABARDS: next set will go to Clarissa, because I already have Kage as a sniper in Purple and would rather have Clarissa’s GM-lite attack at Very Fast than another sniper.
YELLOW:
1: Costume Vivica to max
2: Mist (just got her)
3: Agnes #2… I might finally get rid of my Banes; they are a bit more durable but Agnes hits harder, and for 3* tourneys, I prefer who hits harder. 
BLUE:
1: Richard #2 and his costume will both go to 3-70
2: Magni #2 to 3-70
TELESCOPES: next set will go to Richard #1 with Costume - I already have a maxed Thorne who I use in a Blue 3-stack with Frida & Vela, and I didn’t think much of Richard but with his Costume he becomes good enough to use, I think. 
GREEN:
1: Peters is almost done! I love stopping enemy specials!
2: Little John #1 Costume to beef him up for 4* Rush Attack tourneys
3: Little John #2 and his Costume
4: Friar Tuck and his Costume (just got him recently)
TONICS: Margaret… but I’m waiting on her until I see whether I find any more appealing Green 5*, either S3 or HOTM. If nothing turns up in a couple of months, I’ll go ahead and ascend her.
RED:
1: Elena to 3-70, as she is my only current Red hero that isn’t maxed. That’s right, I have NO unleveled Reds on the bench at all. 
RINGS: Elena… except I’m not sure if I will bother ascending her. I dislike Slow heroes and she has really weak defensive stats. I need someone to use against Telluria, and I don’t think Elena is up to the task.

I do one 4* and one 5* hero per color simultaneously where I feed 1* feeder heros to the 4* hero of the same color and 2* feeder heros to the 5* hero of the same color. Trying to be as efficient with my food and iron as I can. I’m working on the following heros:
Yellow 5* - Poseidon, 4* - Mist
Green 5* - Zeline, 4* - Brynhild
Blue 5* - Raffaele, 4* - Triton
Red 5* - Zimkitha, 4* - Colen
Purple 5* - Kunchen, 4* - Proteus
I work on 3* heros prior to some 3* events. My current 3* projects are Gato, By-Ult, Guardian Bat, Namahage and Nordri.
Why? I need 5* healers and strikers. As for Raffaele, I had just finished leveling Magni When I pulled Raffaele. I was going to start Athena next, but my need for healers is greater.

Currently working on PiB, Lady Locke, and Guardian Kong.
PiB - high attack stat and attck boost for titans. Need tile damage coupled with durability in the red arena and PiB with his heal and minions complements durability well with his high attack stat. Plus I have a bunch of rogue emblems for him. Currently at 4.43
Guardian Kong - another red with high tile damage. Post buff Kong is well worth the rings I gave him. Won’t be using him on defense but his attack alone means he is part of my red stacks. The cleanse is just the miller lite on top. Currently at 4.19
Lady Locke - theme here again is tile damage which in Lady Lockes case is one of the highest in game. Plus, LL’s special inflicts an insane amount of DoT on enemies. Having the cleanse is great as well. She’ll be part of stacks for blue titans and against certain raid/war defenses. Chose to bump LL ahead of many worthy greens and don’t regret it one bit. Also, since I have Finley and Marie with emblems, using the three together gives a nice bonus. Am also halting adding any more emblems on Morgan Le Fay in order to give them to Locke. Currently at 4.74.
I’ve just got Mist from Valhalla coins and I want to max her before the Avalon event. After that I will continue yellow projects - Gullinbursti, because it’s my first 4 star with health extension skill. After that probably Sumle although my reds are quite good already. As soon as I got more tonics I want to level Lady Locke because she’s my only 5 star event hero and I’m proud of having her in my roster.
Working on Guardian Kong as well. I got 3 rings this week (!), two from regular titans and one from Valhalla chests, so ascending him. I need 5* cleanser and I have only Viv and she is too slow, not mentioning she is currently in her costume. He’ll be nice for events with his monstruous damage, pairing him with Falcon +20 will be fun.
Second one I am currently working on is Triton. I have only 3 fully leveled blue 4*, so I need to fix that. I am slowly starting to work on second Clarissa and she’ll get the tabards if no other purple 5* appears (Alfrike plz?). I have also Woolerton who needs some love. Green is left out for now because I recently finished Heimdall, Kasshrek with costume and Almur, and have really no other green 4* or 5* I would like to work on.

He’s great! I had him maxed before the balance (and he was already very useful, certainly underrated) and maxed his dupe afterwards.
Yes he’s squishy but his AoE is very powerful and cleanse on attacking heroes is so useful!

Currently:
Azar is the current red with the classic at 3.50. After her Sudri (1.1), and then Tyr (1.1) to 3.70 and then probably max unless something else important comes up.
Mireweave is the current blue and I just got her this weekend. I’ve been interested in her stack ability and so will get to see how well it works. After her is Master Lepus (1.1) to 3.70, and then max either him or Miki (3.70). He’s has been doing fine against 8* and 9* titans but he could do more damage every titan (not just red titans like Master Lepus) and better on events.
Agnes is the current yellow. After her I think its finally time for Onatel (3.70) to get her darts. I’ve always wanted to max her since I got her as my first HOTM but other yellow 5*s that would help more just kept showing up. After her I may work on Sif (1.1) to 3.70… not sure yet.
And for the more complicated colors…
Green is obviously Heimdall. Always wanted someone who could resurrect and I think he will do better as a flank than Telluria in war (purple tanks). After him is Little John costume (classic is at 4.70 +18). Then I have multiple heroes that I want to max (Jack O’Hare (1.1), By-Ulf (1.1), Greevle (1.1), and because I hate 4*s at 3.60, Gobbler and Skittleskull) but I have to go with someone I’ve wanted since I started playing… 500 TC 20 later and nothing but the wait was worth it since I got Costume Lianna this month! Her and the costume will be maxed. And then eventually when I get 6 more tonics, I think Atomos (3.70) is finally worth ascending. (No Almur this month )
Purple is Guardian Panther because of how important she is for the yellow Titans. As I said everything went to her until she was 3.70 and so Titan usable. Once she is done Sartana costume is waiting. Classic Sartana is 3.70 so the costume will be to 3.70 also… Then I have to decide who gets the Tabards… Her or Clarissa (3.70), already have Ursena, Seshat, and Panther by then. I was thinking Clarissa before I had the costume but now not sure. I do have 9 tabards currently so the other wont wait too long. While I am figuring that out I also have Fura (1.1), Balthazar costume (classic is at 3.50), Prisca costume (classic is at 3.50), and Renfeild costume (classic is at 1.1).

I’m just getting malosi, white rabbit and sir roostley to 3/60 ready for when I get 2 more darts to max one. I’m rubbish on yellows, hence doing these.
For red, I would max Colen before Sumitomo or a 2nd Scarlett (actually that is what I did). He works great for me on the 4* events and every war with Wilbur (or Gormek) when he fires he destroys the enemy team. Even stronger when I add Guardian Falcon into the mix. Azlar is someone I always thought was cool and wanted, but where I am now I don’t think I would spend rings on him. That said if you don’t have the rings now, a 4* would be better. Sumitomo I have sitting at 1.1, I don’t know if he’ll ever get leveled.
For blue, I never leveled my Richard, not because I thought he was bad but because I had other options that I liked better. Eventually you’ll have so many extra capes that it wont matter. I don’t think taking him to 3.70 is a bad idea (especially with the extra costume stat boost) though maxing a 4* would be faster. Also what I said before, if you don’t have the telescopes he can wait.
Mireweave I am leveling because I think that special could be good in events but I would say below 3.60 shes probably going to seem really weak anyway. I did level a 2nd Grimm even though I had Athena before either. They are great for War with the defense down or even doubling them in a raid attack for an even harder second hit. I’d like to eventually level a 2nd Kiril but not any time soon… Though both of those are solid heroes… Personally I would go with Mireweave to have some variety in heroes.
Also congrats on Almur, very jealous of him. And your 2 jackal idea… great… I use two on purple titans (Miki 3.70, Athena +18, Jackal +1, Jackal +18 (straight attack), Drake Fong + 15)… Athena lowers defense to begin with then the +1 Jackal lowers holy defense and then +18 hits like a truck!.
I hv big question , how u level up 5 heroes like epic and legendary in same ? I do only 1 epic /legendary along with rare (I don’t mind about colour feeders to give more xp)
That’s the difference…
They’re colour feeding and accepting it will take longer to have something to show for it, because it’ll take less time to have everything to show for it.
I can kinda go both ways on this - early game, I can understand why you’d want to get individual heroes up and running ASAP… Later game, you don’t need that hero so quickly, so you can afford to invest that time and benefit from it.
I tend to actually go both ways… I colour feed to 3* and 4*, period. I colour feed to 5* until they’ve eaten that Damascus Blade - after that, they’ll get the 2* feeders in all colours and the 1* feeders on-colour (the rest of the 1* feeders continue to be colour fed).
