Hi all, I used to play a year ago but paused the game for a while and forgot a lot!
Is there like a short list of the best heroes by color for both 4* and 5* heroes?
I’ve also added 2 photos of my current heroes. Which ones to train and which are not worth it.
I would like to create an attack and defense team to get to know the game again.
All the help is much appreciated!

If I was you, I will start with:
3*
Hawkmoon, Bjorn, Mnesseus, Bane, Chichk Jr
I would put on the bottom of the list or do not work on: Graymane, Dawa, Snijder, Gan ju and Kalani (unless you get her costume)
4*
Boldtusk, Tibertus, Sonya, Caedmon, Scarlett, then I will
I would not touch Fura, Kashhrek (unless until you get his costume)
5*
Inary,
you can work on the other two if you do not get anything better after you are done with the other projects
Everything depends how heavy you pull and if you expect to get more heroes

I agree with the above opinion for the most part.
Bertilla is good tank in vf wars/tournaments and 4* I really like sapphire on offense.
Each 3* 4* and 5* has a place where they shine and playstyle also must be taken into account.
Imo I would keep everything above 2* and work on a solid 3* base of leveled hero, then go from there.
