Note: All the status effects in this section will grant a stackable attack boost in “Buff Booster” raid tournaments.

Counter attack and Sturdiness

I agree 100%

This is why ZS nerfed Titanium Shield and 1* 1.1 heroes

You also want to consider the Defense stat, and HP, of the other 2x to 4x heroes getting counter attack buff

Dead heroes

Once a fragile hero dies on your team, they are no longer targeted by enemy special skills, and normal damage / tile damage / matching damage

This concentrates the attacks on fewer heroes

Counter attack nearby versus all

Counter attack all is helpful once one of the heroes next to Boril dies, since that immediately cuts

b.Boril counter attack from 3x 1.25 to 2x 1.25 ( effectively 3.75 for whole team to 2.5 for whole team )

c.Boril is cut from 5x 0.6 to 4x 0.6 ( effectively 3.0 for whole team to 2.4 for whole team )

Negativ Stacks can be counter acted with positive Stacks.

The stack increases, decreases as a number if a stack of the opposite effect is cast.

e. g. mana generation ailment stack vs. mana generation buff stack of magic family.

Not many interactions at the moment, but Yang Mail vs. Congalach and Skadi vs. Magic Family Bonus behave like that.

Just to clarify for me, the attack up from miki and tarlak that have the words “normal attack” mean that it only applies to tile damage and slash attack, correct? While wu Kong and ranvir’s attack up buff those two AND direct damage from specials? Attack ups from others (like kiril, boldtusk) also affect specials too?

Also, no attack up will affect the damage from DoT, correct? Thanks.

Yes, correct.

Yes, DoT attacks is not affected by any attack up or defense down.
It is a always constant number after the battle starts, and it is only effected by the troops you bring to battle.

There are things that affect DoT damage. For example, Clarissa’s extra damage to Holy means Holy opponents get a higher poison damage per turn

Haven’t tested with a damage booster like Franz or Motega’s butterfly minion. Anyone knows if that boosts the damage from DoT?

As I remember small amount is 0.3-0.4 tile, and moderate amount: 0.8 tile.

The small amount of mana provided by Yang Mai and Elradir is 0.3157 tiles/turn (between 0.31578947 and 0.31590414).

The small amount of mana from Gramps is 0.5 tiles/turn (between 0.5 and 0.50135501).

The moderate amount of mana from Alby is 0.8 tiles/turn (between 0.8 and 0.80060423).

Yes. Many new icons here and there. I check the card midway these days to be absolutely sure what’s going on with an enemy these days.
