I suspect Version 53 will be the last version last one which is released this year (unless Staff will do a quick V54 with maximum 2 or maybe 3 builds).

Version 53 Beta 2 - General Feedback & Discussion

Players would prefer Costumes for Buddy, Rudolph and Carol instead of the release of new Legendary Winter Heroes. They would also prefer new gameplay aspects or avatars rather than the proposed offer. Players found the Winter Heroes generally underwhelming and the majority of players would like a reversion of adjustments made to the Winter Family (Minions health back to 10%, etc.), an increase of the Family Bonus or Passives. Players dislike that the Was Amulet has further been adjusted as there was a noticeable change with the usefulness of the Amulet since the last adjustment. Players would like the Sakura and Lagoon Families buffed.

Version 53 Beta 2 - Monster Island Feedback

Some players were excited about the event. Some players would prefer if all energy were given at the beginning instead of being periodically refilled. Others argued that the current energy allocation would prevent wasting energy and noted that receiving all energy at once may overwhelm some players. Players liked the chat set-up and the “examine” feature. Players would like an option to prevent accidental movement (and energy usage) on the map. Players mentioned liking how manageable the easy difficulty was.

Version 53 Beta 2 - Santa’s Challenge: Santa’s Booster Feedback

Some players were unimpressed with the booster especially if the rewards were random. Others thought it would be good if the price was reasonable. Players would like Trainer Troops and avatars as rewards.

Version 53 Beta 2 - New Winter Family Hero Feedback: Sugarplum

It was said that the Hero was very underpowered and not up to par with older Heroes like Rigard or Gullinbursti. Players thought her stats and damage percentages were low and recommended increasing them. Players also recommended increasing her speed to Average.

Version 53 Beta 2 - New Winter Family Hero Feedback: Peppermint

Players found the Hero a little underwhelming and said her damage was slow and dealt low Poison damage which doesn’t allow for good synergy with other Heroes. A suggestion was made to increase attack to 280% and replace her Poison damage with Fiends. Another suggestion was to replace the Poison damage with Frost damage (of 400 over 4 turns, with an increase of 20 per ice shield on the board up to 600 total).

Version 53 Beta 2 - New Winter Family Hero Feedback: Augustus

Players really liked the Hero. They really liked the boosted health part of his Special Skill. One player thought that Slow Nature Heroes is an oversaturated category and would have preferred the Hero to be a Fire Hero.

Version 53 Beta 2 - New Winter Family Hero Feedback: Tinsel

Players said the Hero was overpowered and recommended the following:

• Remove an ailment or reduce her speed to Average
• Reduce damage to 200%; have the ailments remain the same with a duration of 3 turns
• Remove the defense reduction portion of her Special Skill

Players said the Hero was a hard hitter who would be used mostly in Events and Rush Tournaments.

Players like the Crook and Flail Amulet and said it would benefit those who don’t have a lot of Legendary Heroes. A player said the boost to Rare Heroes should be higher.

Version 53 Beta 2 - New Season V Hero Feedback: Eset

Players really liked the Hero and said she was good to go.

Version 53 Beta 2 - New Season V Hero Feedback: Anubis

A couple of players called the Hero’s Special Skill description confusing. Most players called the Hero underwhelming. Some players thought the Greed mechanic was interesting but noted that Heroes who provide ailment immunity would make Anubis useless. Suggestions included increasing mana speed to Fast and keeping the Special Skill as it is, having Greed target 3, or increasing the Poison damage.

Version 53 Beta 2 - New Costume Feedback: Tarlak

Players said the Costume was better than the base Hero. Some players disliked this fact as they thought this made the original Hero redundant and would make it a bit obsolete. Players liked the boosted health the Costume provides. A suggestion was made to make the Hero similar to Wilbur by adding a shared damage effect, or to Tethys by providing an attack boost such as:

• All allies that are not of the Nature element get +30% attack for 4 turns
• All Nature allies get +60% attack for 4 turns
• On Nature characters, this status effect becomes undispellable and lasts 2 turns longer.

Version 53 Beta 2 - New Costume Feedback: Misandra

Players were critical of strong Costumes for Heroes they believe are weak in their base version. They would rather see a buff of the original Hero. They said the Costume made the base version of the Hero irrelevant as the Costume was significantly better. The Hero was described as situational and it was said that when she hit multiple targets she is very good, but otherwise she is average.

Of course. This has been the complaint for a very long time. When is the last time SnG has actually done a buff that isnt $$$$$ related? I can think of about Nieth, Vela, Toth, and JF but not much else and nothing to the base stats
They have buffed heroes that are going into a portal.

Fortunately, I have two of the four, and those buffs were really well done. I use Vela and JF much more than before. Useful buffs CAN be done. Why aren’t they being done is the question. And we all know the an$wer.

There is so many new heroes added to beta today that I had 24 new beta threads to dive into.
I’m more excited to test the new alliance quest than the heroes themselves.

That’d be my guess. Maybe they’ll switch the annoying fire-DoT-every-five-turns to annoying poison-DoT-every-five-turns. So innovative!

At some point the beta testers will get tired of the many heroes that come rapidly.
I am stopping to monitor this section of forum kinda pointless for me.
But good job for players that look after it and post the new stuff.
