Hello! I’m lucky enough to have 4 red 5 stars at 3/70. It’s time to choose. Ascension materials come slowly to me, and it will be months before I ascend another. This hero will join Liana, Isarnia, Joon, and Rigard or Boldtusk, both with many talents. My choices are:Mitsuko, Natalya, Ares, and Marjana. Much thanks in advance. I’m frozen in the decision

Mitsy or Marja.
Decide by class or usage.
Maybe Ares, if you play him more often than the others or you’ll need some healing.

You have BT talented, so let aside Ares for now (though is the best hero in there). You have enough snipers, so Marjana can wait. Mitsuko is the best choice for you.
Natalya is a luxury for those with rich roosters.

Mitsuko is great. Decent defender, strong on offense, has a class that compliments her special well. Sub par tile damage against titans is the only place I think she doesn’t stack up.

I’d say ares for titan. Marj for pvp. Idk what titan * you’re hitting so maybe he’s ok at 3/70 for now… I don’t have him, unfortunately.

Looks like the red you decide on will tank for you, at least for now. Ares, Mits and Marj can all do that but Ares or Mits are the best ones. Imo Mits only works on def as tank, whereas Ares can also function as flank (although it’s a bit of a waste). I don’t have either, but can imagine Ares being fantastic for titans and Mits working well in red mono or 3-2 as the only red mana controller (Kestrel not really filling that slot).
I’d go Mits.

Er, if you’re looking it up in the dictionary it’s rosters. Sorry to be a pedant. A rooster is… well now there’s an idea, shouldn’t we have a Guardian Cockerel?
I am going to think of them as rich roosters from now on. It’s a much funnier image. 
I do like the idea of a five star male chicken, too.

I like mits… but as a first red… I’dpick marj over her. Fast vs average.
If I face her in raids, I just don’t take blue so that part of her special is lost.

Which is why this point makes so much sense:
because stacking against the tank is such a common strategy. But stacking blue against Mitsuko (or yellow against Ursena) puts you at risk if you let her cast.

I just don’t find that I struggle against her much. To each their own though.

Another vote for Mitsuko. She is in my diamond defense, not as tank, and I win lots on defense (I’m sure the Guin tank helps) so she is certainly not a bad defender
When she really shines is in attack, when you have green tanks and blue flanks particularly. Use red tile damage on the tank, and then when the blues are ready to fire they skewer themselves on her reflection. It is such good fun. Can be difficult to use but once you get the hang of her, she is brilliant

Two months ago or so, she was a nightmare at tournament. Blue not allowed and rush attack if I remember correctly…
Yeah point about it being their first red… I don’t really find her too troublesome either, but more so than Marj or even Ares. And for offense I’d love me a Mits!! Nothing beats mana control imo.
But not just mana control. Decent damage and the blue reflect is a bonus

I had the same dilemma.
I chose to max Mitsuko and I don’t regret it at all. Stays alive long and I love watching Ice enemies suicide themselves with Mitsuko’s refelct
