Kadilen is great, I use her in my main quite a lot when raiding. She is also nice to pair with Kingston and/or Hansel +19.

Today I found Kadilen in my TC20. She is my 1st 5* green hero. My defence line up for now is: White Rabbit - Boldtusk-Richard-Elena-Rigard. I heard she is pretty decent flank. Who would you replace with her? I was thinking about changing BT. She would definitely help in saving Elena before she fires.
I agree, if you decide to ascend her to 4/70 then she can take Boldtuskās place in your lineup. You already have a healer, and Kadilen has tankier stats and a faster special.

Rigard (costume) + Tiburtus (costume) + Quintus = total devastation, team killer combo. Iām now glad I gave tabards and emblems to Q.

I have just maxed out Quintus and given him 6 emblems. Just on 4/78 of Richards costume and then I will start to max the costume for Quintus. So much levelling now that I have all these costumes ā¦ fingers crossed I get costumes for either Vivica or Rigard at the next event
Is she worth the items? Sheās currently my only 5 star green hero but I get the feeling that if I ascend her Iāll get a hard hitting green from a TC20 or something and then be waiting for items to ascend that hero, of course that might not happen for a long time but Iāve heard of it happening to others on the boards.
It depends on you really. I have one that is still at 3-something because while leveling her I got Alby and later on Telluria. However, it is part of my plan to give her tonics when I have them and she finally gets to 3/70 (slow feeding as green is my best color).
I donāt think sheās a great defensive hero unless you pair her with other fast hitters, but offensively sheās really useful. I used to use her every war when blue tanks were the rule and she always played her part nicely. I would assume if she were at 4/80 she would be one of my stars.
Hard hitting green from TC20? Lianna is the only one that comes to mind. Kadilen is probably better than both Elkanen and Horghall, so yeah, Iād say sheās worth the items.

I gave her tonics and regret it. Hardly ever use her. I raid 4-1 on blue tanks with Evelyn Lianna Caedmon and Hansel, plus Rigard. I donāt think she makes that team often as Caedmon dispel always comes in handy and he is the only one Iād replace
Doesnāt Eve also dispell? Dispell 3 is usually good enough to plan the next moves.
If your Kadilen is maxed I would say sheās a big improvement over Caedmon, mainly because of the special skill defense up.

Sometimes full team dispel is needed. Yes she is maxed, perhaps I will give her another shot at the title in a few raids and see if I change my mind. One thing i did like when using her was that Eve plus Kad puts anybody in range of Lianna and her perfect shot.
Yeah sometimes itās needed for sure but I would argue that the limited amount of times this is the case doesnāt pay off vs using Caedmon who is so squishy. Also not sure how many emblems you have on Caedmon, of course if he is +20 maybe heās the best choice but apples to apples I would use Kadilen all day.
Ah yes, I should have mentioned that both Caedmon and Hansel are at +18, which of course means they are nearing similar stats to an unemblemed five star, which Kadilen is

Mine is +11. I really like her, and use her daily. My green team is Kingston, Kadilen, Morgan le Fay, Hansel+19 and Buddy +12. Iām one tonic down to max Telluria and after her Tarlak has been waiting his tonics since last autumn.
I donāt regret to max her. She is solid, gives as good as she takes and more. Very useful in multiple scenarios and fast too.

I think @Shallab raids in the same universe i do!! Iām not a committed raider and so I sit around mid to upper platinum and get totally molested by re-rollers (people!) from lwr Diamond (~4200tp which is pretty much my upper reasonable attack limit) A common feature is the presence of Elkanen and to a lesser extent Kadilen. Elkanen sitting on the left wing is an annoyance and Kadilen (left flank) does not delight me either. I see both of them far more often than Zimkatha (Taxidermy Girl!) for example. Iād rather deal with Kunchen than any of them; ohā¦ except for Ursena who is just plain nasty; Onatel, uncalled for and Seshat who is just a total ā ā ā ā ā (beach?). Plant Girl! is a non issue.
Just after i posted i went to raids and what was literally the first thing I saw? Some person from lower diamond (very upper platinum in this case) (who definitely collects their chest in diamond) ~ 4150 tp which is doable for me and with this team especially. I wouldnāt expect to have to attack twice (but they are online atm). Kadilen and Elkanen are features everywhere! Increasingly, Kashhrek is getting also some advanced love in the form of high level mana troops and/ or a mana booster/healer flank. I really believe i might finally level up my original Kashh, couple him with a 24% mana booster (and the 9% mana troop making him a functionally Fast hero) on flank or tank and just watch the chaotic goodness ensue. He can be virtually unkillable and this is from the person who has been arguing that Plant Girl! is a non issue!
No, I donāt understand the thinking that went into lining up the heroes that way either!!

if you want a reasonable Kadilen put her to max. I have her fully maxed and i like her and her special shield ā¦and the good news she will be nerfed with the new update

General advice when youāre starting out and donāt have a deep bench is to work with what you have. If Kadilen is your only 5* you should definitely ascend her. It may take you months or even a year to get another green 5*. During that time Kadilen will help you get higher tier rewards, which means ascension materials come a little more frequently. If you ascend her and the very next day you get lucky and bag Lianna, youāre in a good position. Use Kadilen for a while until you get six flasks, ascend Lianna, and then you have two green 5* and are well on your way to a deep bench.
If you hold on to ascension materials when youāre just starting to develop your roster, for fear of pulling a better hero, youāll never progress at a reasonable rate. Your next Green 5* might be another Kadilen, or someone who is (arguably) worse like Elkanen or Horghall.
Now if youāre a big spender and are confident youāll pull other green 5* heroes in the near future thatās another question.
Besides, for the reasons I stated when I started this thread I donāt think she is bad at all.
