YES! This makes me happy! I was about to emblem Danza up again to try and bolster my four-star yellow squad, but then Francine showed up and started eating all my rogue emblems. Not impossible that I would one day do this also, though. Did you go D/HP to boost his already good survivability or attack to take advantage of the 9 attack nodes available to rogues?
