This thread is to provide early insights and discussion on the updated version of the Ninja Tower Event

Don’t get too attached

Details from Beta, especially brand-new Beta content, don’t tend to be very reliable for actual release.

It’s incredibly common that features are changed during Beta testing, or sometimes even after testing but before release. That is, after all, the purpose of Beta testing.

So I wouldn’t get too attached to any of this — it’s not unheard of for entire portions of features to be removed or reworked, or for radical changes to functionality to be made.

Updated Event – Ninja Tower

Overview

Information about the currently released version of Ninja Tower event:

In this new updated version there was no change on the Impossible Questline.
So it still contains 50 floors with the same bosses / enemies what we could see in the live game.

Only the Normal Questline is changed.

  • It is now contains the newest Ninja Tower heroes which were already released to the game, and the ones under Beta testing right now, and 5 additional Ninjas which were not arrived to Beta yet:
    • Azurite (Ice)
    • Kushanku (Holy)
    • Morganite (Fire)
    • Myoni-Ni, Tametomo (Nature)
  • In the earlier version all Ninja bosses have 3 charges as you can see on the Hero cards.
    Now the newly added Ninja bosses mostly have only 1 charge in the Tower, while the “classic” ones still have 3 charge.

Information about the new Ninjas who are not in Beta:

  • Azurite (Ice)
    • 1x Mana Charge:
      - Deals 160% damage to all enemies.
      - All enemies receive 972 Burn damage over 2 turns.
      - All enemies get -48% decrease for any healing received for 2 turns.
    • 2x Mana Charge:
      - Deals 290% damage to all enemies.
      - All enemies receive 2187 Burn damage over 3turns.
      - All enemies get -58% decrease for any healing received for 3 turns.
    • 3x Mana Charge:
      - Deals 325% damage to all enemies.
      - All enemies receive 3888 Burn damage over 4 turns.
      - All enemies get -68% decrease for any healing received for 4 turns.
  • Kushanku (Holy)
    • 1x Mana Charge:
      - Deals 160% damage to all enemies.
      - All enemies receive 880 Burn damage over 2 turns.
      - All enemies get -48% decrease for any healing received for 2 turns.
    • 2x Mana Charge:
      - Deals 290% damage to all enemies.
      - All enemies receive 1980 Burn damage over 3turns.
      - All enemies get -58% decrease for any healing received for 3 turns.
    • 3x Mana Charge:
      - Deals 325% damage to all enemies.
      - All enemies receive 3520 Burn damage over 4 turns.
      - All enemies get -68% decrease for any healing received for 4 turns.
  • Morganite (Fire)
    • All enemies receive 207 Poison damage over 3 turns.
    • All enemies get -19% accuracy for 3 turns.
  • Myoin-Ni (Nature)
    • Boosts health of all allies by 290. Boosted health can exceed max HP.
    • All allies get +17% mana generation for 3 turns.
    • All allies get +21% defense, and a further 15% increase every time they are hit during 3 turns.
  • Tametomo (Nature)
    • Deals 265% damage to the target.
    • Deals 530% damage to the target if the target has more than 50% health.
    • Deals and additional 195% damage to the nearby enemies.

The actual numbers on the hero cards when they will arrive to Beta will most likely very different, and all of them will have charges.

The curses and blessings are still look similar what we are used to in Ninja Tower.

There is still hope. Maybe they just didn’t have time to finish redesigning the impossible quest line for this beta build but who knows?! Finger crossed for the impossible quest line to be updated to 25 stages!

As there are 0 changes on Impossible I hope they will adjust it in the next Beta to have only 25 floors too.

More ninjas not yet in beta! Wow! It really looks like soon we will have as many ninjas as there are s1 vanillas!

Hope more of them will be 3* and especially 4* so there’s a better chance of getting them.

Any reason charge 2 burn over 23turns?
Kushanku also has same DOT at charge 2 as well.

It is just a typo. It supposed to be 3 turns only.

Azurite’s 1x mana is already at 160% damage plus 972 burn damage over 2 turns (and also healing decrease). This is nuts. Makes c.GM look like a moron.

Looks like SG intends to end the game sooner rather than later.

This hero had this high burn stat, when it is in an opponent in the Tower with very high stats.
So once it will be a hero it will be much less.

Anyway without cleansing or ailment blocking this hero kills your team as an opponent in 1-2 turns after the the special skill is casted.

@Elioty33 thank you for the info. Can you see anything regarding the blessings at each interval? I have the blessings overview in my guide as well so if this info is available, that would be great. Thanks!

I can give you the list of all the blessings if you want but the blessings that the player can choose one from every two stages (on Ninja and Magic) or five stages (on Styx) are picked at random at the start of the event by the server (so every player can be offered the same blessings during the same event) so the offered blessings at each interval are different every time. Same for the class restrictions changing every 5 stages on the Styx Tower.

@Elioty33 I’ll just add them as I play through them then. I am hopeful that you’ll be able to provide the stage overview of (Toxic Vapor, Fragile Floor, etc.). I think this info is the missing piece in our guides, but no worries if this isn’t available either.

Yes, sorry, I still need to check that. Hopefully tomorrow. I believe I have it in the data, it’s not supposed to be random like the blessings or, for the Styx Tower, class restrictions. I will tag you when I do so :wink:
