🧪 Early Information on Round 3 of New Return to Morlovia Heroes [Part of The Beta Beat v70]

This thread is to provide early insights and discussion on the initial release of the Round 3 of New Return to Morlovia Heroes.


Don’t get too attached

Details from Beta, especially brand-new Beta content, don’t tend to be very reliable for actual release.

It’s incredibly common that features are changed during Beta testing, or sometimes even after testing but before release. That is, after all, the purpose of Beta testing.

So I wouldn’t get too attached to any of this — it’s not unheard of for entire portions of features to be removed or reworked, or for radical changes to functionality to be made.

*There are a total of two (2) new heroes added to Beta for testing; these have been indicated to be for Return to Morlovia.

*The names of the new heroes are:

  • Legendary: Chester, Wayne

Heroes become stronger, when teamed with other unique Heroes of the same family:

Morlovia Family
Bonus for 1/ 2 / 3 Heroes:

+3% / +6% / +9% mana generation.

Event Hero Bonus

The members of this family have additional perks in the Halloween event.

Special Skill: Horrifying Wall

  • Deals 440% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
  • The target and nearby enemies receive 730 Curse damage over 5 turns, starting low and increasing every turn.
  • The target and nearby enemies get silenced for 5 turns.

Special Skill: Blood Illusion

  • All enemies receive 260 Bleed damage over 2 turns. The caster absorbs 25% of the dealt Bleed damage as health.
  • The caster steals 55% of any healing applies to all enemies for 2 turns.

Wayne is too weak. Compare to current meta, hero’s hp is over 4K, Wayne’s dot is a joke

Wayne might be worse than C.Gravemaker.

To like Wayne, you’re really going to have to like the 25% damage absorbtion or the health stealing.

Chester looks like blue Starlass + Miki combo. Slow but Silence for 5 turns is nice. Wayne is meh, if he healed entire team with that HP drain he could be maybe good complementary healer, but even then the damage is literally token (5% of LB2 Master Talented Toon Viv with Cleric 5* Troop!!!) and he can be completely neutered by buff blocker (though that buff blocker might get stolen afterwards).

Bit of a joke really in today’s meta. Slow get left behind too unless they do insane skills & shtyle !!
