rage Rage At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +15% attack, and a further 1% increase every time they are hit during 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

When this character starts a turn with low health for the first time during a battle, they recover 15% health and receive 15% mana.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Chords of Inferno
  • Deals 260% damage to all enemies.
  • All enemies get -30% attack for 3 turns. Against Ice characters, this status effect becomes uncleansable and lasts 2 turns longer.
  • The caster and nearby allies recover 717 HP over 3 turns. The effect duration is reset if the status effect owner is hit with direct damage from a Special Skill.
  • The caster and nearby allies are immune to buff dispels and reallocations for 3 turns. (The immunity also includes effect itself)

Receive -10% / -25% / -40% less damage from the Special Skills of the stronger element.

  • Costume bonus is adjusted.
    • Attack is increased from 951 to 986.
    • Defense is increased from 1007 to 1044
    • Health is increased from 1918 to 1951.
    • Attack Debuff has been reduced from 35% to 30%.
    • Heal over time is increased from 618 to 717.
    • The ā€œand reallocationsā€ has been added to buff dispel immuniser skill.

Nothing more than a stats booster to the primary card. No one will use this version as his fighter class is what makes him unbeatable in certain setups.

I agree, base version is far superior.

When they first introduced costumes, they were creating different specials but now they moved away from this and change it slightly. I wish they would continue with changing the specials so that you actually get something else with the costume.

I havenā€™t got a legendary troop for his base version yet, so costume version will tide me over until then. :slight_smile:

More lazy costumes. Getting fed up with seeing costumes that are inferior to the originals. Just put out to give original better stats. This is getting old. At least try to make an effort.

5* Troop that adds extra 5% HP, when Ukkonen is 2LB he regenerates hp over 6 turns so each time he gets extra 5%. Put 2LB Richard next to him and when his talent activate you get 10% + 5% hp. Many different combinations with health regen make him really hard to kill.

Throw a taunt card next to him and an over healer or a counterattack card on the other side. Fighter Ukko keeps reviving and keeps healing himself, the taunt cannot be dispelled. The counterattack cant be dispelled and all your tiles hurt and Ukko keeps firing over and over till you lose. This used to be a standard setup when he was released.
I have also seen cards like dark feather who sit next to him, and these buffs stay till they eventually expire by turns. Also, if you had a buff reset card like nine head beast it can be depressing to fight against.

Iā€™ve just got C.Ukkonen from seasonal portal summon, but I donā€™t see much use for him nowadays :sweat:

A nice red tank, but i would use original, because of class and aether power synergy. And if you have a cleric/fighter 5* troop, that would be awesome :slight_smile:

I find that he still gets the job done for me. I had Ukk from last year so the costume was highly coveted. Ukk with costume bonus has worked beautifully as a flank the past couple of wars.

IF you have several of the newest fire heroes then I can see how Ukk and Ukk-C are less enticing.

I use the base hero because of the fighter revive AND the legendary cleric / fighter troops give the extra healing any time he is healed so it meshes well with his HoT (just as @Kith
pointed out). IF you have a taunt hero that could use an undispellable taunt then Ukk is your guy. HoT, Attack Down (protects the taunt hero) and no dispel, very useful in keeping your taunter alive, protecting your team.

No but he was great before, the costume bonus will make him amazing again (both versions). Although itā€™s a sad sign of power creep that an amazing hero became not great and now you have to re-buy his costume to make him good again.

Man man, Iā€™m hunting this guy so bad for his stat boost. Havenā€™t done any pulls with money for over half a year now and will stop right again after this. Already made 130 pulls and only just got Otso and got Sir Casmir 3 goddamn times. I will do another 20 pulls in a few days time but after that itā€™s back to only buying PoV and nothing else.

Iā€™m in the same boat. I never got the original and I want the costume even more since it gives him good stats. Iā€™ve gotten 3 of the blue Otso and 2 of the green one but I just canā€™t get this guy.

This was before I pulled Moon Cure, who seems fun but so easily dispelled without immunity.
