special-boost Special Boost At the start of each turn, this Hero’s Special Skill deals an additional +30% damage for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

When this character starts a turn with low health for the first time during a battle, they recover 15% health and receive 15% mana.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Poem of Morass
  • Deals 300% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
  • All enemies get -25% accuracy for 3 turns. Chance to miss also applies to offisive Special Skills. Against Fire characters, this status effect becomes uncleansable and lasts 2 turns longer.

Heroes become stronger when teamed with other unique Heroes of the same family.

Kalevala family
Bonus for 1 / 2 / 3 Heroes:

Receive -10% / -25% / -40% less damage from the Special Skills of the stronger element.

  • Costume bonus is adjusted:
    • Attack is increased from 900 to 933.
    • Defense is increased from 874 to 906.
    • Health is increased from 1681 to 1710.

His power at 4.80 is about 90 lower than the other two featured heroes and lower than the current HOTM. Honestly, it’s a joke to have him as a “new” featured hero - he has no place compared to new OP heroes.

He’s still just a green Dr. Moreau. Nothing worth considering. Can’t believe they made him so weak to begin with considering VĂ€inĂ€möinen is the most significant character in the Kalevala.

His power level is 112 pts below Ukkonen
why not bump his power
 no one wants this guy.

This just proves zynga don’t give a (insert cussword) about the community. They’ve been releasing new heroes that can single handedly wipe out whole team for couple of months now and today they released neelw heroes that are worse than hotms 2 years ago. It just shows their attitude

I have him uncostumed last year, he is forever at 2/43 and was used only in CoE

Now he is so good such that I am quite serious to get a good use of him in the next SE .

The pure fast-blind-all does not quite survive the big wild world today e.g.
What this guy can do when face the never-miss Elves or resist-all Toons?

(Note also Goblins can even cast blind-all for free via passive)

When he was released, this hero was just enough to be considered good. Now he has aged really poorly, even the costume can’t save him

And from the 3 featured heroes I had to get this one. No one gives him love. Especially the devs as they release him as “new” but sadly 2 years late, considering the stats

The seasonal portals are treated like the HOTM. Not bad heroes but definitely not great

Just got him and I’m ambivalent about his value, so I came to see what the community feedback regarding him is. He seems rather meh to me. I’m F2P so I won’t feed him away, but I think he’ll only get mats if I have a glut at some point.
