In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

Every time this Gargoyle casts a Special Skil, their Softskin activates. The next 4 times they receive damage, it is reduced by -90%, and they resist all status ailment and mana reduction. This effect can’t be dispelled.

  • Deals 210% damage to target and nearby enemies.
  • Nearby allies receive Softskin. (The next time they receive damage, it is reduced by -90%, and they resist all status ailment and mana reduction. This effect can’t be dispelled.

Ninja cotton gargoyle. And by far the best 3* gargoyle.

They all remind me of monsters from monsters Inc right now rather than gargoyles

Funny that I was thinking of Sulley from Monsters INC. too. They do look like him both by surface consistency and by color scheme.

Which is why I have said this from the beginning, they are NOT gargoyles!!
I have more respect for them if they called it pinatas instead

I agree on that. Gargoyles are supposed to be made of stone or some kind of mineral if one feels fancy (obsidian is kinda common), not from cotton candy or whatever is this supposed to be. It also heavily contrasts with true gargoyles in portal. They should be renamed to plushies instead.

Weak hero… not a lot of purpose to use…

I originally read the card as hits all and thought Betty was decent, but 210% to 3 is rough.

Let’s look at stats. I’ll compare to Toon Balthazar, both at 3/50 with costume bonuses.

Toons still reign supreme, but the stats aren’t far off.

210% damage to 3 is below what Chochin, a season 2 character did. Giving 2 allies soft skin, can be helpful, but the damage seems low.

I wouldn’t level Betty if I got them. Maybe I could consider them a slight upgrade to C.Bjorn when I use him, but I don’t think Betty does enough to make it worth leveling. The one thing might be soft skin being undispellable to provide ailment protection.
