Ariel is the best healer/cleanser in the game and one of the best heroes in attack. Emblemed only def/HP path, is also a very good tank for your level of AW.
If I were you, I would take off the cleric emblems. Especially if Rigard was emblemed before applying the costume. In this case, the path should be reworked anyway. So, I would emblem costumed Rigard until +8, following only def/HP path and the rest of the emblems I would use them on Ariel. For the most effective roster, embleming only one hero per class, it is a strategically mistake.
