Pretty simple question: who to max? I have enough materials for two of them.
My original plan was to take Aegir to 3/70 and max the other two, but with version 20 coming, I’m forced to reconsider.
I think I’ll take Frida to 4/80. She helps greatly in a blue stack with Magni (maxed).
I see new Aegir as a great titan hero, and I wouldn’t really need Ariel in the same line up, except for her mana buff.
I can only choose two of the three. Could you guys give me the pros and cons? What’s my best possible line ups for war, titans and raids?
I have two Aegir (3-70 and 3-01), two Frida (2-10 and 1-01) and one Ariel (3-50).
I have materials for all of them reach 3^. My Aegir reached 3-70 a month ago, but I was reticent in giving him the scopes (I have ten) because he had those defensive flaws in his special. In a month, everything has changed: Aegir was fixed, I got Ariel and two Fridas. Before, no adequate 5* ice hero; now, five of them.
If you have maxed Magni, Frida is a great option, for their synergy. Aegir will be a nice defensive flank and help surviving stronger titans. Ariel is possibly the best healer in the game, being average and with her mana buff. If you don’t need Ariel now, max her until 3/70.
In my case, I’ll probably max Ariel first, then one Aegir; the third blue, and it’ll take a while, would be the first Frida. (If I don’t manage to get another great blue such as Athena…).
Ariel max first, she is one of the best hero in game. Frida can work at 3^70 woth debuff good.
Aegir look good for red tirans mixed with wu/tarlak beauce his healing is awesome with strong attack buff, bit he is in the same situation like Frida, 3^70 now.

I guess I’ll take all three to 3/70 anyways, which gives me time to decide. Ariel and Aegir is untouched for now. Frida is at 3/30.
There are much better tank options than Aegir. He isn’t terrible anymore but still far from being a great tank. However, he might be a very good hero for raid attacks or Map levels.
Frida is a good offense hero as well and will skyrocket your Titan score unless you already have King Arthur. I suppose in PvP Raids with blue colour stacks she’s a beast as well.
Ariel is an awesome healer.
In my opinion, Ariel and Frida are overall more useful than Aegir. The choice between Frida and Ariel depends on which other heroes are available and how important high Titan scores are.
I just maxed Magni, Alice will sit in 3.70, Frida I’m taking all the way and my Aegir will go 3.70 and sit on a flank position in certain war defense situations.
Ariel 100%, she is easily one of the best healers in the entire game. Healers are multi-purpose, they’re useful everywhere.
And since you can choose 2 then go with Frida. She does well in everything, except arguably on raid defense (but she’s not even bad there imo).
Aegir can wait. He’s good now against titans, his attack heal boost is nice. But damage wise he is not providing you what Frida does, and survival wise it is not as useful as Ariel’s heal. If there’s anything he may have over the above two, it’s in raid defense tanking… but that’s arguable too.
