I would do Frigg first, she’s one of a kind. Mother north is great as well and tarlak would pair perfectly with Frigg on titans. I’d ignore the others.

I would do MN. Can’t go wrong with her and then Frigg.

Frigg, as you already seem to have decent healers but lack damage.
MN is great, but she’d be just another support when you already have 2. Your green squad lacks damage.

First of all, I hate you 
I have a similar situation: I have Frigg and Zocc both at 3/70, along with a costumed Horghall I’ve never bothered leveling up. My other maxed green 5*s are MN+16, Elkanen+1, and Zeline.
As much fun as Zocc’s special seems to be, I’mma go with Frigg - not least because I have 866 rogue emblems that I’ve been waiting to use since before I got her. I’ll be able to do her final ascension as soon as I finish Shrikewood.

Well with Telluria and LotL maybe go with Frigg and then MN. I do have LotL and MN both too and like a lot more MN than LotL.

If you would have asked me a few months ago, I would have said Mother North all the way 100%.
But now there is Frigg …
So in my honest opinion, I would do:
Frigg >> Mother North
Whichever hero you choose, good luck

If you don’t have Miki maxed, I’d probably lean towards Tarlak first just because titans are so important (and he’s so squishy at 3.70).
Mother North and Frigg are good almost everywhere - you can’t go wrong with with either of them.
If your options in other colours are equally good you won’t need to pull for a long time
