I’d upgrade the Norms only if you have enough beer emblems
I’m tempted to say Malosi as he’s so fast. Joon hits harder, but both Malsoi and Joon don’t bring much to your roster that Poseidon doesn’t already do.
Ranvir is great if you prioritize titans, but since you’re focused on raiding that may not matter.
Bai Yeong and Inari present the most diversity that would be useful in attack, and of these Bai seems more useful – though I don’t have either.

It would be toss up between Malosi and Bai but I would go with Malosi. He shuts downs any buffs/ailments and if you have a high enough troop, he can charge with just 3 ghost tiles. Use all the time on offense.
