It depends on your needs…for PvP defense and titan I would say Vela…for Titan and PvP attacks I would choose Athena or Frida…
Gotta be Vela. You’ve got the snipers already, go for the fast DOT.

If it was me, i think that is the order i would go in.
Possibly vela ahead of frida if your alliance is pretty war focused
If titan focused then frida is better choice
Personally i like to get my titan heroes done first especially before we were chaining 14s
I put athena bit down on the list than i would have back in the day, cause wilbur…
