I have both of them but dont know which one should I go first

You should consider Vivica if you have her costume.
Else, Delilah. She is a fantastic healer.

With or without Vivica costume, I would max Delilah. The faster the mana generation of a hero is, the better. How many times have I encountered my slow 3/70 Viv too late to heal everyone when everyone is dead already and a sureball defeat in either raiding or attacking in war. Even with the costume mana bonus, Vivica still is slow.
Delilah on the other hand is a fighter class. That means that she has a chance to revive herself for a saving heal to everyone if she is emblemed high enough for a chance her fighter talent to kick in. Her minions to all also provide additional meat shields.
I don’t have Delilah though but i am still hoping to snatch her in Taverns or at HA.

Agree with Captain. Costumed Viv is best. If not, ascend Delilah.
The only negative to Delilah is against Titans. She’s troublesome there. The minions take too long to fire before you can make a move.
Delilah has been great to have on offense, though. Great in raids, even better when playing the map. Since she’s average you can get 3 minions built up on everyone pretty easily. Can’t say enough good things about that.

I’d go for Delilah. Vivica can wait till she gets a costume.

It depends on your bench and the titans you are fighting.
The most important is if you have Viv’s costume or if you have White Rabbit. Those are currently the only 2 yellow heroes with defense down specials. That skill will take priority over healing. If you have either of these, they should get the matts.
As healers go, Delilah is better than Viv. However, as mentioned above, she can be a problem with titans because minions cause lost time. Viv, on the other hand is excellent for titans due to her high attack.
For maps and war, both are not terrible at 70, so if you have other heroes to consider you can usually wait for them. I fight war teams over 4600 and I just maxed Delilah after having her for probably 2 years.

Delilah is the easy choice, IMHO. Avg v. Slow mana makes a big difference. She’s outstanding on offense and in yellow stack. The minions are great to have on tough map stages.

Costume Viv takes best of Isarnia and herself and on top with high level mana troop or mana bonus node (sadly, it’s the last one, but if you have 1500+ cleric emblems…) she can be made average speed, and I use her everywhere currently. Delilah has smaller heal, but summons minions for eceryone and is average, so if you need faster healer and you don’t have high level mana troop (talking about lv 29 here) or ton of cleric emblems then Delilah.

Fighter class is a big plus to Delilah.
C-Viv Vs Delilah is debatable.
Regular Viv Vs Delilah is not - Delilah is way better.
