Using Alberich – use a healer as well?

Just curious, people who use Alberich…are you running a healer as well or just relying on him to regenerate and revive? Any input would be great. Thanks.

It would help if you were able to clarify which aspect of the game you’re requesting this information for:

Raid Offense
Raid Defense
PvE (S1 or S2)
Titan Attacks
War Offense
War Defense

I was thinking for a defense team or raids…

Currently my roster being limited and asc mats nowhere to be seen, I’m forced to use my strongest rainbow team on defence. So Alby-Magni-Black Knight-Vivica-Seshat. But as soon as I get two more darts I’m going to replace Viv with Joon as that setup is lacking in dealing damage.

I’d personally use one defensive hero with Alby with 3 being more snipers/aoe.

But thats just me, interested what others have to say.

Thanks for the input. I am on the fence about trying him without an accompanying healer.

Was thinking about Magni, Gravemaker, Lianna, Alberich and either Vivica/Kiril or Joon/Sartana.

Funny I was just wondering this myself, as I got him in last Atlantis. I was interested in war and raid offense/defense. It never occurred to me to use him against Titans. Is he useful there?

In offense I use him more for healing and boost mana

He might be against that angry Tiger thing…

Yeah, I think depends a bit on your roster, if I wouldn’t have BK I would surelu go 3 snipers one AoE and Alby for defence, but BK is by far my best tank so it’s autoinclude on my defence and even on attack.

Yes very much, he regenerates 7% mana per turn. Pair him with Kingston and you will be full-mana every turn

Your setup is similar to mine as I also have black knight, seshat, and magni. Was thinking of taking out my healer (Rigard +18) and putting in Alby

Now to get Kingston who, so far, has eluded me

On offense, I typically always run 2 healers in a 3-2 stack, so Alby is one of my healers if I use green and depending on the other color he’d pair with Aeron, Vivica, Ariel, or Boldtusk+18. It works well, especially if you can fire the second healer after Alby revives someone to help bring them back from the brink.

My current green team is Alberich (heal + mana), Kingston (debuff attack), Evelyn (elemental defense debuff), Gregorion (critical attack) and Kadilen (defense against offensive skills). It’s working great so far

My defense is Triton(11)-Alby(6)-BT(15)-Ariel(4)-Proteus(15) and I’m able to do well at the 2400-2575 cups realm. Team power is 3996, but Atlantis family bonus adds 10% def to Triton, Ariel, and Proteus.

So that’s running Alby + 2.5 (?) healers.

In Raids, I tried Lady of the lake in center and Alby/Evelyn on wings recently with another color on flanks, depending on the opponent’s team composition. Killer combo 99% of time where the other team can’t use any specials. Lady still at 3/70 due to lack of tonics, so it might be better even. To answer the OPs question: No other healer needed with mana control in team.

In my case, for attack, I use Alby with Boldtusk becasue Alby isn’t fast and could need some time to fire his special.

I was short with good green and finaly got Kingston who is 4-75 now. I was running my def Rigard+18-Marjana+7-Ursena+8-Onatel+8-Frida+7. Since 4-65 Kingston raplaced Rigard and there was no changes, I think cups even went bit higher. Also during raids I never pay attention to healers accept MN and Alby and Kunch as tank because none of other healers can give you any troubles. So actually you need healers for offence and war, I like attacking 4+1 where those one is Rigard and sometime another healer amongst other 4.
