Troop advise special event

Hi during Avelon I had only been playing the game 4 weeks so I was happy to finish in top 150k on rare event. This time I have a few maxed out 3*'s and was hoping on advise for which troops are allowed per tier and what their max levels may be?

Rare, 2* troop, epic 3*, legendary 4*. Troop levels don’t matter.

Edit: max lvl: 2* troop 15lvl, 3* 20lvl, 4* 30lvl
