And a genuine thank you from me. I haven’t had this much fun raiding with a hero in I can’t remember how long.
Losing to a treevil tank today… and probably many more this tourney - is a small price to pay for the joy the evil little plant has given me.
Faced 2 fully leveled (& emblemed?) Treevils on my 3rd tournament attack today. DOOOM!!
I don’t think I’ve yet seen anything quite like that… I’m going to record it the next time it happens.
Personally I wd have been happier if this hero were introduced with say a week of space before the Rush No-Yellow 3* tournament. Just sayin’.

I’m headed for an early exit this tournament myself (though haven’t faced a Treevil yet, they’ve all been to other heroes…)
I’m just going to enjoy Treevil in PVE and vs. Yellow Titans, I usually do terribly in 3* Rush anyway…
It is already obvious that he is overpowered. I remember when Vela & Telly were announced as future HOTMs I (and many other people as well) had that feeling in mind that they will be great together and all of these future defenses were already planned for Telly at tank and Vela as flank.
With this wooden monster, it is even more obvious, because he can win the whole match alone. And if he is so good, that you want (and actually can) use him in regular raiding with 5* one thing becomes crystal clear.
He will be nerfed just as Telly & Vela were.
Wouldn’t using him with 5* raiding mean he faces a ton of cleansers? Strong for a 3* absolutely; just hard to see him at the 5* level.

I disagree. SG wants to maximize profit on the festival portal which is 3 times a year tops so getting Treevil is not that easy as getting Telly and Vela was in their time. They were nerfed because they were widely available heroes and very powerful together, i dont think they would nerf event heroes.
I am using him at the 5* raiding level and he is holding up very well. Typical team config is Luigi - D’Andre - Guillinbursiti (or C Sabina if facing taunters) - Lord Loki - Treevil.
If you face Prof Loki for example you have to time it so that she goes off and then you fire him. She will take forever to recharge at that stage. The other one to watch out for is Milena who can be a bit unpredictable. But there are also plenty of defenses with no healers let alone cleansers.
Despite him emblemed and Lb’d having the survivability of a 5* at 3/70 level, and being very slow - I think he is one of the very best heroes in the game at that top level, if you can put him in a team that helps him to survive long enough to fire. His special is more devastating than Alfrike’s.
3* rush tournaments will be nightmare, I have seen already a team in which there were 3 of them. Like Alfrike in 5* rush.
I was trying really hard to get him, done almost 20 pulls but get ony Jabber instead.
While my wife did half of the pulls and got him 3 times.
I just used 2 Treevil on offense, and both can clean house
Makes me not want to LB my treevils in case they really nerf this hero to oblivion
Yes, unless SGG would wait 'till Alfrike would make it into the Soul Exchange and see tournaments being flooded by Alfrike & Treevil to remove Rush Battles format from the game and make room to another rule to sell another kind of heroes.

after today’s tourney set, Treevil is amazing. 2 can really dish out the damage. I do have a 3rd, but I think 3 might be a tad bit overkill
Well my Double Tree defence has been hit once so far…and it lost. So it’s not unbeatable.
I faced 4 defences with treevil in them in this tourney so far, won 3 lost one.
It still comes down to tiles no matter how strong he is.
Think how nice if we could all share the same joy.
But SG won’t care as it will be sold by then.
Also… They could also come up with a worse best

Switched from Alfrike to Treevil in my regular raiding team. Have not noticed any drop in win rate. Use BK and Sif for protection.
Have 6, might do them all for rush wars.
