Currently , my greens are :
5* maxed : Tarlak, linnas x2, evelyn , kingston
4* Maxed : all without peters and S3 heros
My only tank is : Black Knight level 13 emblems
I have 7 tonics only , to whom they shall go , Telluria or Greg ? Both @3/70 now
Telluria no question. Emblem him with all your paladin emblems as well.

Telluria would be better than him even if he were Fast instead of being Average.
In my honest opinion, 100% Telluria and then go back and do Gregorian. You won’t be disappointed.
