I need help! I can’t seems to decide whether to go for Mana 2% or critical 2% for level 19 emblem. Or just stop at 18? But adding defense by 4% at 20 is tempting.

I would definitely say Mana 2%
Critical isn’t really going to help the same way.

Was going with that line of thought, but 2% isn’t making any difference and Telly still needs 9 tiles to fire… you go with Mana on yours?

2% with a mana troop of sufficient % will help, as it stacks.
Mana bonus - little help
critical bonus - no help
That’s my thinking.
When I get to 19 on my Telly, I will absolutely go with the mana node. hopefully by then I’ll have a 23 mana troop on my alt.

Mana will help more than 2% crit when you will pair her with low level mana troops and/or heroes who improve mana generation by 24% on your attacks.

Stop at 18, that 375 emblems can go towards Clarissa or someone else if you don’t have her. Much better use elsewhere.

I got Clarissa, dilemma no. 1. And I don’t have the ONLY 4* color troop; green mana troop. Hence I only got 4* level 19 defense troop…
I do not disagree there. To be honest, other than bragging rights, very few heroes at 5* are worth taking to +20. Those 375 emblems are better used on another hero (if exists)
but… that said…
I’m taking grave to +20 because I don’t have darts for Malosi.
my opinion? leave Telly at 18. You’re going to want Clarissa to have a boost.

Cool! I’ll leave the remaining for Clarissa. Temptation is strong on this one! Sadly Clarissa isn’t gonna be in my defense either (by a long way). Kage-17 and Kunchen-18 is way above the pecking order in front of her, not to mention Seshat-7 and Sartana-8…

I am facing this dilemma. Have just maxed Malosi and I find him underwhelming. I have GM at 18 and was saving emblems for Malosi but now I don’t know. GM is on my def team for raids and war. Malosi is just a disappointment. Sure he blocks but that’s all he does. Not sure what to do…
I would leave at +18. I use crit troop on Telluria for defense team so 2% mana won’t do anything. If you have lvl 23+ mana troop and want to take Telly to +20, then:

Malosi is a very high utility hero and shuts down a number of tanks including any riposte hero (Boss Wolf, Sif, Boril, Elena, etc), Black Knight, part of Telly’s special, Aegir, Ares, Onatel, Alfrike, etc etc. He also prevents DOT (ex: GM, Vela, Clarissa, Azlar, etc), blind, defense down, etc. I don’t see how he is “underwhelming” or a “disappointment”. He also charges in 6 tiles too with a lvl 11+ mana troop. So many heroes in this game give status effects that Malosi is arguably one of the best offensive heroes.
If you are saving Barbarian emblems for him, just go def/hp path to increase his survival.

Im in the same boat gravy at 19, close to 20. Malosi or Onatel waiting in emblems. I think finish gravy, do onatel instead as I can give her lev 7 wizard emblems right away…or is Malosi that valuable?

My Gravemaker is at his 20th emblem node and my other emblemed barbarian is Malosi, he is just too useful.

I took GM to +20 to end the conversation in my head.
After that? Malosi. Because he is awesome. I love using him.

Onatel is wizard. Malosi Barbarian. I don’t understand your point here. I also have Onatel but mine is a different class to Malosi. Lol. Thanks for responding.
Gravemaker is THE Barbarian. As I mentioned previously, I took mine to +20 to have him “finished”
Now I can just collect emblems as I wait for Farholme to ascend Malosi.
I’d finish Grave, bring Onatel up… but then focus in on Malosi. I saw some suggesting def/hp but I really like him as a sniper, so I go full attack mode.

I guess I just expected more from all the hype and what I read so that by the time he was maxed I was just disappointed. Perhaps I should stop running him with Grazul…
EDIT: I could put him next to Margaret - that would make him live longer. 
Onatel, Hel (or Satana) for wizard emblems please. Or a split.
