I am looking for any general advice from the experienced players. I have been playing a few years now as F2P/VC2P with VIP when its on sale.
I play in a casual/active alliance and enjoy the PVE content, Alliance Wars, Titans mostly and the occasion tournament. I don’t bother with raids as i don’t enjoy that aspect.
My current war defense, which holds higher trophies compared to my War Defense team (when used on raid defense)
Looking for some good advice on team synergies, which hero’s to prioritize leveling next for each colour etc. Its a long and slow grind, but will keep chipping away.
I have Alpha Aether x9 - Which 4 star should i use them on? C.Sabina, Ptolemy, Ferant, Xiahou Dun or someone else i need to level (refer to roster below)

I only recently discovered the HA8 and in the last month I managed to get all the great 4* heros which ill start working on for titans / war teams. eg. G falcon, Hansel, G Jackal. I am almost able to research HA10 with food storage getting close!
I have only started playing around with 3-2 teams for wars but have generally always used rainbow.
Mono just doesn’t give me the tiles…
depends which ones you depend on most. I personally used on Ferant, as I rely on him to complete a lot of tough PvE content like the Tower events (his alpha aether power also synergizes well with his special)
I think at this point, I would suggest prioritizing a few key 4* first - @JGE gives a good list above. they are faster to level than 5*, and fill key roles - they will help you with War depth and overall roster depth
It is interesting how the summon rng works.
I only recently (last couple of months of almost 3 years playing) got Rigard, boldtusk and grim. Both my sons have had 3-4 copies of each (both have double limit broken c.rigard and 2x maxed emblem boldtusk each but they both didnt get melendor, kiril or sabina until recently while ive had several of each.
