So I am pretty awful at putting together good teams. I run rainbow teams and I’m beginning to think that this is not the way to go. If I were to screenshot my current lineups and backbench heroes, would anyone be up for assisting me? Please and thank you!

On attack you may double or triple the strong color against the tank and always keep Kiril and Proteus on your team, since you want strong mana control and you lack heal.
Cool, thank you so much! For war our alliance run blue tanks, which is why I tend to put Kiril in the centre. I’ll use that as my raid defense.
Should I aim to level Sonya for war as my blue tank? I could step up the levelling on Sabina to replace Kiril? Or run 2 blues in war defense and keep Kiril for attack boost? Sorry for all the questions, I just suck at putting teams together. I never know who works well together. Are there any heroes I should work on to put in my top team? I need to work on Wu - got him last week in TC20 but I’m guessing he’s better for titans than he is defense. No idea who else to start work on, probably Falcon?

Leveling with rainbow team is the best way to build our base *3 and *4.
So that, we can use as color-stacking.
Purple: stop leveling Ranfeld, if you concern about Rare Event, Balthazar and other heroes is good. And 2nd Proteus is also worth for war.
Green: finish Liana, Melendor, Caedmon and Belith, Peters is good but you have Proteus, you should also leleving Peters for war. Leave Kashrek to 3.60, you should decide which one as tank, Li Xiu/Poseidon is alternative.
Blue: stop finishing Greymane, this is like ranfeld.
Red: Falcon for titan stack team, 2nd wilbur is also good for war.
Yellow: 2nd Wukong is also good for war.
