Personally, I would opt for Hypnos but mostly because his dispel, hit all, and buff block is just so so so relevant at the moment!
Don’t get me wrong, Serandite would be hella fun, especially if you have a DoT team available, or a Matilda to pair him with, but Hypnos I think just brings way more versatility to any team 
EDIT: PS - What are your thoughts on Garnet or Red Hood as a Red Healer? I’ve got RH, but i’m hoping that Garnet will be in SE as unfortunately I had no luck in getting Hathor, and don’t want to commit to RH until post-SE… It’s either RH or… Grazul 
and she really doesn’t wow me with 15%, even at VF…
Garnet is my go to! That ultra fast over heal with block! Then the 2nd and 3rd tier is just beast!
Red Hood was my favorite for a bit. The mana cut block with the heal on top got me thru some earlier times.
That said Garnet is just better. IMO. I love Red Hood artwork! Top 5 for me. That’s it besides WO3K.

and thank you for the insights! It’s very much as I expected… just unfortunate that if Garnet is in SE, then there’s going to be a battle for the emblems between her and Narcisa… 
I know what you mean about Red Hood being a favourite, and with the artwork too… maybe she’ll be next in line for a costume…
