From my speculation, he seems very good at health control (think mana control but health this time) on the other team in raids if you have a really bad board at the beginning. He can also check healers by nullifying regenerated health. His play style makes it so that you will need a team that is constantly at low health. Yeah he’s pretty high risk high reward. Titan wise he surpasses Wu although the accuracy drop might hinder more for him. And that’s it he’s just a Wu that’s viable in diamond

My opponent has all heroes at 400.
I have 2 heroes at 1 and 3 at 401. Would that mean that only the 2 1 heroes will fire boosted up? And the other 3 at normal power?
Next example
Enemy got 2 400 and 3 600.
My heroes are 400. Can I only fire boosted at the 3 600? And for defence if ai aims just at the 400 heroes nothing happens but normal power?

I dont see the point of having x% increase if you end up putting bigger holes in the landscape, because you’re missing 1/3 of the time.
I have Kong but he is not a priority, I’m levelling slowly. I don’t think i would want 2 of them.

So in your examples, yes, if you’re hitting a target with an attacker who has more health than the target they’re hitting, Ranvir’s buff won’t apply at all — neither the attack buff, nor the accuracy debuff.
And that’s calculated for each attacker and each target at the time of the hit.
So a multi-target hitter could, for instance, hit one target for normal damage, another with the attack boost, and a miss on a third — all at the same time, based on the relative HP of the attacker and each target.

Yes I misread and was thinking percentage and it was explained several times already that it’s straight HP and not percentage like Kage and Ursena
One of the things I notice when I finish maximizing is that the vast majority of opposing heroes has more life than ranvir, so I find that it works for every event !!!

Ranvir’s low HP is by design, so his buff will apply to him more often than many other heroes who have higher HP than he does.
But your other heroes might not get the buff applied as often during Raids, War, and Quests if they have higher HPs.

So if I run rainbow is it worth replacing Vivica with this guy and throw Rigard in there for heals?
I have Caedmon at 11 emblems. Is it wise to give all those emblems to Ranvir?
When doing the damage formula to calculate damage from a special skill, does ranvir’s bonus get multiplied in before multiplying by the skill % damage, or is it added after multiplying atk by skill%?

If the former, am I correctly seeing a buffed Ursena hit for ~800?
No, you may give further emblems to him or reset Caed and take both to 4.
I like him on the first glance, I hope I will have the luck to get him.
How about his power at punching up in raids? I could see a big potential in his special for c2p players like me who don’t have a deep bench and\or lacks the materials to ascend 5* heroes for a good color stack. Most of the 4* heroes (even with emblems) will have less health than a 5* defending team, so his special will be active most of the time, however when you need to finish off heroes you won’t have the accuracy debuff. Seems pretty interesting hero to me.
I know that he seems to be a Titan specialist, and will lose power in high level raiding where both sides have 5* heroes to use, but looking at a situation of punching up, he definitely has good potential.
Feed him to speed up Ranvir’s leveling…lol
