For me Urueas… He is a Beast.

I am waiting on Darts to max a second one. I love using him.

I have both maxed. My Joon has maxed costume bonus but without emblems (my monk emblems are with Drake, Rana, Li Xiu with MCB and a few 3* heroes). My Uraeus is fully emblemed so I only need a level 11 mana troop supporting him to be able to charge his specials in only 9 tiles. In wars, they compose my 2nd monoyellow sniper team with 2nd Gazelle, Poseidon and Lady Woolerton (my main monoyellow team are hit 3 heroes in Drake+19, Rana+20 and Onatel+20 with 1st Gazelle and Gullinbursti).

In raiding, I use my Uraeus more because his Element Link in my monoyellow is far useful than the single snipe n’ blind caused by my unemblemed costumed Joon.

I think depends where you are as a player.

Before I would’ve preferred joon for speed.

But I am further in the game and have decently leveled mana troops…

So right now Uraeus.

With the minion meta… he just does more. He hits one hard and sand poisons the others VS. Joon who hits one hard and blinds only the same hero.

I wish costume joon would hit one hard and blinded the others LOL.

Uraeus only comes out when there are minions
Otherwise joon’s blind is more useful

Id say it depends a lot on synergy and roster. I’m running Uraeus on defense with Liz, hoping they wreck havoc with DoT :slight_smile:

I use Joon more often and Uraeus only when the other team has minion producers. Joon is +19, Uraeus +7 so Joon is a better choice for me right now

Well, Joon as he has more emblems for now. Despite not being fast, I like Uraeus; I think he is a little more sturdy which equates to me an extra chance to heal him and he is still a mean sniper plus the minion thingy.

both are running in my mono yellow team. without costume uraeus hits harder and is more sturdy.

Both of them is at +20 node. And I use both of them a lot.

I have both and use my Uraeus +11 more now. I have a level 23 mana troop for him which makes him functionally “fast” speed (9 tiles). Previously, my cJoon was at +18, but I took those emblems for Elizabeth. Skadi and Jabberwock have all my other monk emblems. I do not use either one in defense because I am currently using Odin +20. It seems like a lot of the comments here show that it comes down to emblems and if you have a mana troop for Uraeus, so they are clearly both very good.

Personally i use them both, but of the 2 it would depend if on mono stack/raids Uraeus cause of the minion summoning for titans or events I’d say
Joon.

If can only choose 1. Then Joon would be the obvious choice.

Back to OT: I use my cJoon+18 way more than my Uraeus+0 (care to guess why :stuck_out_tongue:), but for minion wars and against minion spammers Uraeus does see a lot of action.

Oh, and he’s secretly the ultimate counter to Seshat. I feel like his “damage bypasses minions” part is severely undervalued for what it does.

Me having both. But unfortunatly i wont use them.
Both are not having any emblems.
My monk emblems are on Drake+20, Rana+20.
Sorcerer emblems on Ursena+20 and on Sabina+20.
Having some spare sorcerer emblems. But yet not decided who will hav them. :slightly_smiling_face:.
