Hi guys and now I have a dilemma about who between Onatel or Joon get the poison dart to Max up ,im in real dilemma. I know Onatel is HOTM and tanky as well but Joon is a really good sniper. Tks

Personally I would go with Joon. Onatel is good, but I think Joon can have a bigger impact.
Now that’s my roster, And Joon is tier 2/30 already but I’m not sure if I want to put poison dart in Onatel because I know she’s good in some situation but her hit is really wek

Unless I’m overlooking another Joon, it looks like you’ve got quite a while to get Joon to 3-70. And if you do max Onatel, it’ll be even longer until then.
Do you have exactly 6 Darts?
Yes I have 6 dart and they are really hard to get them and now I show you Joon and I think in not more than 1 week he will be on 3/70

For where your bench is at, my suggestion is you take Joon to 3-70 and play with both for at least a few days to decide your preference.
They’re very different, but both great. It just depends on your play style and priorities.
On defense, Joon is generally better in my opinion. The AI makes poor use of Onatel’s skill, and because the mana generation stealing ends if she dies, I find raiding against her is quite easy on all but the very worst of boards.
On offense, Joon is an easy-to-use and strong sniper for all occasions. Onatel requires more strategic planning of your moves — and if you like that, she’ll be both effective and fun.

Tks then I’ll do that and see what’s happening but I have one more problem in my attack team like i I don’t like stuck colour and my current attack team is that
so I have much confidence when I use Wu Kong

I think it depends on your playing style. Good advice to take both to 3/70 and go from there. Joon is a hammer alright but I went with Onatel. Once you get her going she is a beast.

I personally have both Joon and Onatel maxed. I would go Joon first as he is more versatile. I adore Ona however and use her in just about every raid. She is not geared well for AI in my opinion so using her for defense can be problematic.
I am actually leveling a second Ona for AW because she is so great on attack, not from a stats perspective, but more so when you are in control of when and how you fire off her special (but still with high defense stats), I would recommend you still max her when you can, she is still pretty solid at t3 though as it is her special that makes her rock.
It depends on your playing style and what gaps you need to fill. From the roster you shared, it doesn’t look like you have a yellow sniper, so Joon would be a good choice. That is just my two cents.

I never use Wu in raids. That is just my personal opinion, but he is too hit and miss. I would use Joon over him any day. Different story with titans though.
