More Insights & Reading
I highly recommend reading these three threads for more information and context on summoning odds:
If you’ve read them a million times before, you may consider reading them again before deciding on your budget for summoning. A little time spent deciding on how much money you want to risk on summoning goes a long way to avoiding disappointment, frustration, and regret later.
Wondering About Your Personal Situation?
Feel free to discuss your team and roster here, and ask for advice from other Forum members.
If you’d like more extensive advice on sorting out your particular roster, I recommend creating a new thread in Gameplay Help & Tactics, and posting screenshots of your hero roster, along with your questions.
With allies, it does not include taunt. Only his attack skips taunt, due to his passive. The defensive buffs include basically counterattacks and def ups.
I am very interested in getting aim reviews in this guy, is he too much support hero or balanced, considering the enormous pace other heroes have moved last months
I think he is well worth the effort, but not top of the top. What he actually does - he is hitting for 315% dmg (with his passive) and that’s all. However, unless you block him, he will hit through everything you have (dodge, taunt, counter, def buff).
I do think, that the release of such a hero, one you almost can’t stop, is quite well-timed. In the era of Goblins, who manipulate att and def in their special way, withering him, or growing yourselves is the best way to counter him.
Releasing him half a year ago would be much more troublesome.
Of course, I don’t have any goblin, so he will be troublesome for me
He ignores dodge, taunt, and defensive buffs (piercing of which is applied beforehand) and hits all for 315% damage (30% of which comes from passive). Plus he provides defensive buffs piercer to all.
On top if he gets mana slow he just replaces it with mana speed-up.
He’s essentially Sobek (who is still great), but better. What’s not to like?
Sheesh, people complain about OP heroes such as that fast Gargoyle in current beta and when there is hero that is well balanced everyone says how it’s useless and worse than HotM.
