I just won Lianna at CT20. I’m in doubt as to who should go up, I only have one item: LIANNA (I don’t have the costume) or ELKANEN WITH COSTUME. My green heroes at most are: Kingston; Tarlak and Telluria.
In my honest opinion, I would still focus on Lianna first, 100%.
Whichever hero you choose good luck

Are Kingston, Tarlak and Telluria max? If not I would look at those first. If they are Lianna first then Elkanen.

Yes, all at most. 20 caracteres.
Personally, not a big fan of Elkanen.
If you have enough snipers in other colors too, then maybe you can try Elkanen.
However, I can say with certainty: You cannot go wrong by opting for Lianna.
